Research On The Mechanism And The Intervention Path Of Social Work Of Doctor-Patient Conflict

The relationship between doctors and patients is a microcosm of the current social relations,and the governance of doctor-patient conflict is not a simple legal constraint to be solved.Understanding the doctor-patient conflict from the social level,analyzing of the causes of conflict between doctors and patients,establishing of the mechanism of doctor-patient conflict,and searching for the path of doctor-patient conflict governance are the challenges of current social governance.It is the content of social work service to govern the doctor-patient conflict and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.This article starts from the medical social work and uses the method of literature and case analysis to discuss the mechanism and governance of the doctor-patient conflict.First of all,through the analysis of related literature,making a general summary of the existing doctor-patient conflict governance research,including the causes of the conflict between doctors and patients and the governance methods,to provides reference for the future Social work intervention in the management of doctor-patient conflict.Secondly,this paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of social work to intervene in the governance of doctor-patient conflict.With third-party intervention,social work can more justly reconcile the doctor-patient relationship and govern the doctor-patient conflict.Thirdly,under the guidance of the ecosystem theory of social work theory,we excavate the deep causes of the doctor-patient conflict,and analyze the causes of the doctor-patient conflict at the micro,meso and macro levels,and then reveal the mechanism of conflict between doctors and patients.At the same time,it explores the way in which social work can intervene in conflict management.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory,combined with the inspiration from social work intervention in the Doctor-patient Conflict governance,to explore the procedures and contents of social work intervention in Doctor-patient Conflict management.Lastly,summarizing the research,it is mainly about the mechanism of Doctor-patient Conflict and the framework of governance framework for Doctor-patient Conflict.the problems such as insufficient business capacity and difficulty in obtaining trust are discussed in the specific service work of social work.At the same time,discussing some social work specific service problems,such as lack of business ability and difficulty in obtaining trust,etc.It is found that micro system causes the occurrence of doctor-patient conflict directly,and meso and macroscopic systemic causes promote the outbreak of doctor-patient conflict.Under the ecosystem perspective,the doctor-patient conflict governance focuses on "individual" and "environment" simultaneously,distinguishes target groups within the three systems,applies social work groups,case-professional methods,and case management,empathy,advocacy and other techniques,carry out corresponding services to prevent,ease and resolve conflicts between doctors and patients.
