Objective:To develop an evaluation tool of learning organization for undergraduates in universities in China.Methods:This research mainly took the methods of Delphi method,reliability and validity test and sensitivity verification to develop the evaluation tool of learning organization for general undergraduate college.In the use of the Delphi method,through the literature research and the d-iscussion of the project group,builded the evaluation tool entry pool of learning organization for undergraduates firstly;After,through the experts meeting a nd discussion of research group to form the "the first round of the Delphi expert consultation questionnaire";Finally,through 2 rounds of Delphi expert co-nsultation,the initial tool of learning organization for undergraduates is obtained.In the test of reliability and validity,through the pre-investigation firstly,The entry of the initial tool is filtered by the discrete trend method,correlation coefficient method and Cronbach's coefficient method;after,took the internal consistency reliability and content validity to test the reliability and validity of the initial tool;finally,the entry of the initial tool was further adjusted by large sample survey and factor analysis,formed the evaluation tool of learning organization for general undergraduate college.When verifying the sensitivity of the evaluation tool,adopt the action research method firstly,selected a certain class of the researcher's school as a creation group to create the learning class,compare before and after the creation,and at the same time,in order to reduce the bias caused by natural growth,select another class that is comparable to the balance of the created group as a blank control groupThe evaluation tool is applied to create group and non-create group,its sensitivity is verified by the comparison between the create group's own pre and post and the non-creation group.At the same time,through qualitative interview to further verify the effectiveness of the creation strategy.Results:First,the evaluation tool of learning organization for general undergraduate college has been formed.The tool includes two primary indicators(individual performance evaluation tool,team performance evaluation tool),each level indicator contains five secondary indicators(personal mastery,mental model,shared vision,team learning,and system thinking respectively).In addition,the individual performance evaluation tool includes 29 items,and the team performance evaluation tool includes 31 items.Second,evaluation tool reliability test results:the internal consistency reliability of the secondary indexes was from 0.702 to 0.884 and a total alpha coefficient of 0.931 of individual performance evaluation tool;internal consistency reliability of the secondary indexes was from 0.725 to 0.942 and a total alpha coefficient of 0.955 of team performance evaluation tool.Third,evaluation tool factor analysis results:(1)The KMO of individual performance evaluation tool was 0.938>0.9,The KMO of team performance evaluation tool was 0.962>0.9,Bartlett's sphere test for individual performance and team performance evaluation tool has a significance level of 0.000<0.0 5;(2)Five factors were extracted from individual performance evaluation tool,e xplaining 60.465% of the common variance;Five factors were extracted from team performance evaluation tool,explaining 66.18% of the common variance.Fourth,the sensitivity of the evaluation tool.(1)quantitative results:Compared with pre-construction and non-construction,In addition to personal mastery dimension with all P values<0.05,indicating statistical significances.(2)Qualitative interview results: students have improved their learning e-nthusiasm,interpersonal communication,mental model,belonging and class cohesion,and achieved self-transcendence to some extent.Conclusion:The evaluation tool of learning organization for undergraduates can be used as an effective instrument for the investigation of the status quo of universities' learning organization and the evaluation of undergraduates' learning organization.
