4-5 years old children are in the critical period of growth and development,but due to the failure to accept the exercise of motor skills and physical fitness in time,children's physical fitness is now declining.It has a bad effect on the development of motor nerve in children.At present,our country is in urgent need of scientific research on the development and improvement of young children's physique.In this paper,54 children in two classes were divided into two groups:experimental group and reference group.This paper studies the effect of games-based sports courses on children's physical growth and development.The trial lasted 12 weeks and was conducted twice a week for 45 minutes.SPSS 17.0 frequency analysis method was used to calculate and analyze the sampled data.By comparing and analyzing the data collected from the experimental group and the reference group,the effect,effectiveness and effectiveness of the game course on the limb development of young children were judged.Research results The following four points can be summarized :1.The exercise intervention training,which is sensitive,balanced,speed based,endurance and strength as auxiliary,can promote the body shape and physical quality of 4 to 5 years old.2.The data collected in this study included height and weight,which reflected the body shape of young children.The body shape of the test group and the control group did not change obviously after 12 weeks of training in different courses,that is,the game course had no obvious effect on the change of body form of the children aged 4 to 5 years old.3.In this study,we found that the P values of the speed,coordination and flexibility test of physical fitness were 0.001 n 0.018 m 0.008,respectively,which indicated that the corresponding items could improve the above physical fitness significantly,and the P values of standing long jump and tennis throwing were0.5240.001,respectively,which indicated that they had an effect on upper limb strength.Lower limb strength has no effect.4.In the process of data statistics,it was found that individual items had genderdifferences.For example,through the analysis of the comparative results before and after flexion in the sitting position,the P0.026 of male students was significantly different,while that of female students was 0.197 > 0.05,but there was no significant difference.In addition,by analyzing the data before and after the balance beam,it was found that there was a significant difference between male and female P0.021,but there was no significant difference between female P0.629 > 0.05 and female P0.629 > 0.05.Conclusion: sports games can improve children's physical fitness obviously.The physical agility and speed of children can be enhanced by the course of sports games.Therefore,the promotion of sports games into early childhood education has a significant significance in promoting children to participate in sports and enhance their health.
