With the promulgation and implementation of the Health China 2030 Program,it has been pushed to a climax, which is the national fitness campaign. In addition, the national fitness awareness and health concept have been generally improved. Therefore, four and a half to six years old is the vital period for the infants intelligence, psychology and function comprehensive development.Because the phenomenon of‘Light weight and intelligence'still exists, families and society attach great importance to the infants intelligence development and pay less attention to the healthy development of infants physique in this-age group.According to the research, the health status of our country's infants continued to decline, physical fitness was poor, obesity problem was aggravated. Therefore, according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of infants at this stage, exploring teaching forms and means that can effectively improve the physical fitness of infants, enriching the methods of physical fitness of infants at this age was a significant issue facing current sports workers.Based on Zhou Jialin's 'Improvement of the Evaluation Method of Children's Agility Coordination Ability',which published in Chinese Sports Science and Technology in 2017,this thesis randomly selected seventy infants who aged four and a half to six years old from two kindergartens as experimental subjects and conducted a twelve weeks intervention in sports game, and tested at week 1,week 14,and week 26,curriculum to research the effect of sports games on infants agility and coordination. The SPSS20.0 analysis software was used to conduct independent sample T test on the data of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experimental intervention. It researched the influence of sports games on infants agility coordination ability, and put forward the sports game course intervention program, which was suitable for infants sports. This study used the literature data method, the experimental method, the field survey method, and the mathematical statistics method. The sensitive coordination ability of 70 kindergarten children in the two kindergartens was experimentally intervened in the way of sports games, and the changes in children's sensitive coordination ability before and after the experimental intervention were analyzed.Research result:1.Before the intervention in the first week of the test, the average height of the children in the experimental group was 111.24cm,the average body weight was 19.45kg,and the average value of the agility coordination test was 6.02s.The average height of the children in the control group was 110.75cm,and the average weight was 19.29kg.The average of the results of the agility coordination test was 6.10 s.After T test, the height of the experimental group and the control group(T=0.32,P>0.05),body weight(T=0.21,P>0.05),agility coordination ability(T=-0.39,P>0.05),the experimental group before intervention and There were no significant differences in height, weight, and sensitivity coordination among the children in the control group.2.T-test of height and weight of children in the 14th week and the first week, the results showed the height of the experimental group(T=-2.49,P<0.05)and the height of the control group(T=-2.22,P<0.05);Body weight(T=-1.65,P>0.05)and control group weight(T=-2.31,P<0.05).At the 14th week, there was a significant difference in the height of the experimental group and the control group;the difference between the experimental group and the weight of the intervention group was not significant, and the difference was significant before and after the intervention in the control group.3.T-test was performed on the agility coordination ability of children in the 14th week and the first week. The results showed that the experimental group(T=4.77,P<0.01)and the control group(T=1.92,P>0.05),the agility coordination ability of the experimental group The difference before and after the intervention was extremely significant, and the difference between the control group and the intervention was not significant. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was significantly different by T test(T=-3.44,P<0.01).4.In the 26th week, the average score of children's agility coordination ability in the experimental group was 5.05s,and the average score of children in the control group was 5.32s.After T test(T=-1.72,P>0.05),the differences in agility coordination ability between the experimental group and the control group were observed. Not significant, compared with the 14th week, the sensitivity coordination ability of the S group was significantly reduced.Analysis conclusion:1.After 26 weeks of experimentation, the sports game intervention of this study has a good effect on the children's agility coordination ability, and has a certain effect on the body shape development of children.2.The sports game fits the characteristics of the child's physical and mental development and can promote the development of the child's agility coordination ability. The scientific and rational sports game curriculum intervention in kindergarten has positive significance for improving the physical health of young children.
