Early childhood is an important period for a person’s growth. The quality development of children is closely related to the country’s development prospects. The country is paying more and more attention to early childhood physical education and sound development.Relevant documents clearly point out the importance of the development and implementation of early childhood physical education courses. In recent years, the theory of multiple intelligences has been widely used in education in our country, but further research is still needed in the field of early childhood physical education. The design and implementation of children’s sports games based on the theory of multiple intelligences had theoretical and practical value. The research object of this article is the design and implementation of children’s sports games based on the theory of multiple intelligences.Using literature data method, questionnaire survey method and interview method,a program of children’s sports games based on the theory of multiple intelligences has been constructed,and24 lesson examples of sports games have been designed. In order to test the effect of the program of sports games on the development of children’s multiple intelligences,56 children in two large classes were recruited to participate in the randomized control teaching experiment in the kindergarten affiliated to Mengyuan School in Handan City,Hebei Province by means of convenient sampling, and the teaching experiment was conducted for 8 weeks,3 times/week,and 30 minutes/time.Among them, the experimental class used the program of children’s sports games based on the theory of multiple intelligences for teaching intervention, and the control class used the kindergarten’s established sports activities for teaching.Through the above-mentioned theoretical and practical research, this article drew the following results:(1)Based on the theory of multiple intelligences, the basic theory of the program of children’s sports games design is constructed.Including the theoretical foundation, basis, purpose, principles and procedures, the design content and elements of the program of children’s sports games based on the theory of multiple intelligences were determined, and on this basis,a total of 24 children’s sports games lessons were designed for 8 weeks.(2)Comparison before and after the experiment, the experimental group had significant differences in the level of "linguistic intelligence,logical-mathematical intelligence, spatial intelligence,bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, musical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence and overall multiple intelligence"(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the level of "naturalist intelligence"(P>0.05);The comparison between the two groups after the experiment showed significant differences in the levels of "logical-mathematical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, naturalist intelligence and overall multiple intelligence"(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the level of " linguistic intelligence, spatial intelligence,bodily-kinesthetic intelligence and musical intelligence"(P>0.05).Based on this, this article drew the following conclusions:(1)The program of children’s sports games based on the theory of multiple intelligences designed in this research was scientific and feasible.(2)Children’s sports games designed based on the theory of multiple intelligences can effectively improve children’s multiple intelligences And the promotion effect on children’s logical-mathematical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, naturalist intelligence and overall intelligence level were better than normal children’s sports game teaching.
