Research purposes:This study attempts to further study the basic principles and practical effects of the"Triphasic Training",and defines the basic ideas and operation guidelines for the"Triphasic Training".To further verify the rationality and feasibility of the"Triphasic Training"concept.Through comparative analysis,we tried to find out the degree of influence and mechanism of the“three-stage”strength training method on lower limb strength.Research methods:This article adopts literature data method,experiment method,test method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method research method,and according to the"Triphasic Training"principle,the training is divided into three phases,which are"first-order"Eccentric training of lower extremity muscles,equal length training of"second stage"lower extremity muscles,and"third stage"complete strength training of lower extremity muscles,randomly grouped by subject's physical fitness and 1RM,experimental group?group A,12 people?Using the"three-stage"strength training mode,the Control group?B group,12 people?is the traditional weight-bearing half-training mode,and training is conducted for 12 weeks according to the training program.Research result:1.The first-stage centrifugal training of"Triphasic Training"?group A?and traditional weight-bearing training?group B?:1RM for group A was 125.42kg,and110.83kg for group B.The difference was significant;group A 0kg H1,T1,I1,and P1were independent T-tests for different weight-bearing loads of 20 kg,40 kg,and 60 kg,with significant differences.2.Isometric training for three-stage strength training?group A?and traditional weight-bearing training?group B?isometric training for the second phase:1RM for group A is 125.43kg,and 114.17kg for group B.The difference is not significant.The1st and 2nd stage 1RMs of group A and group B were paired with sample T test respectively.There was no significant difference between group A and group B.There was significant difference between group B and group A and group B.There was significant difference between the second stage and the second stage.Paired sample T tests were used in the first and second stages of the A and B groups,H1 and H2,and T1and T2,respectively;the differences were not significant;the differences between the second stage I2 and P2 independent sample T tests were significant in the A and B groups.Paired sample T tests were performed on the first and second stage I1 and I2,P1 and P2 in Groups A and B,respectively,with no significant difference.3."Triphasic Training"in the third phase of centripetal training?group A?and the traditional weight training method?group B?:A,B group 1RM were 129.17kg,115.00kg,independent samples T The test showed a significant difference?P=0.034<0.05?.In group A and B,there was a significant difference in H3 and T3 in the cases of 0 kg and 60 kg of weight,and the difference was significant in the cases of 20 kg and 40 kg of weight.The weight of group A and B was significant.There was no significant difference in I3 and P3 between 0 kg and 60 kg,and there was a significant difference between 0 kg and 60 kg.After the"three-stage"strength training method and the traditional weight-bearing half-strength strength training method can improve the subject's lower extremities take-off height,take-off time,take-off impulse,a half jump action power,"three-stage"strength training The increase in the pattern is significant,which is better than the traditional weight training method.Analysis conclusion:1."Triphasic Training"Centrifugal partial training model enlarges the muscle contraction process,has a positive influence on the explosive power of the lower extremities,strengthens the muscles from the buffering ability of the lower extremities,and has more targeted strengthening exercises.“The theory of plate training Combined with the"cycle training theory",it can better strengthen the centrifugal buffering effect of training muscle strength.2.The second-stage isometric training of the"Triphasic Training"does not significantly increase the maximum strength and explosive power of the lower extremity muscles.This is closely related to the coherence and outbreak of action in the“three-stage”strength training structure.This is to improve the squat angle stability and the speed of movement.3."Triphasic Training"and traditional strength training method,two different training modes can increase the maximum strength and explosive power of lower extremity muscles.The"three-stage"strength training method has a significantly better effect on improving the explosive power of lower extremity muscles than traditional weight-bearing training methods.This is related to the"three-stage"training structure that follows the inherent characteristics of the movement structure,which is more suitable for the action and training modes.It not only enhances the muscles'centrifugal buffering capacity,but also improves the stability of the joints and increases the speed of movement."Triphasic Training"is more suitable for explosive sports training,and it is more suitable for training based on improving the power of movement and specific strength.4."Triphasic Training"is to further strengthen the application scope and depth of the theory in terms of how to combine specific sports items and demographic characteristics to perform empirical research,thereby further improving the strength training represented by the"Triphasic Training".Staged theory.
