PURPOSEIn this study,60 middle-aged women from Xi'an Senior University, are selected as the subjects of the experiment,The interventions for the experiment are yoga exercises.Anxiety emotion evaluation uses a questionnaire form(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale referred to as SAS).After analyzing the anxiety self-rating scale, the effect of yoga meditation exercises on the anxiety of middle-aged women was explored.By analyzing the characteristics of brain power of middle-aged women before and after yoga meditation, explore the regularity of the neural activity of the cerebral cortex after yoga meditation exercises, and further explore the effects of the EEG characteristics of middle-aged women with anxiety symptoms and the effect of yoga speech meditation.METHOD60 subjects are randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and 30 for each of the two groups.According to the symptoms of anxiety, the experimental components are divided into anxiety group and anxiety-free group.Neither the experimental group nor the control group had practiced yoga before the experiment, excluding physical activity in daily life.the control group had no exercise interventions. The experimental group participate for a period of 4 months,a 90-minute yoga session is exercised each time, the changes in EEG changes and anxiety scores are tested before and after the experiment.RESULT1.After 4 months of yoga practice, the anxiety emotion of middle-aged women is improved and the intervention effect is significant.2.The characteristics of EEG changes in a state of rest indicate that the six waveforms(?,?,?1,?2,?1,and ?2 waves)in the experimental group are improved in all brain regions after the experiment, and all types of waves are significant in the occipital region. The ?,?,and ? waves are significantly different in the forehead;?,?,and ?1 are significantly different in the left and right centers;there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment. The ?1 wave is left at the top after the experiment. There is significant difference between the right and left top. There is significant difference between ?1 waves in the left forehead and ?2 waves in the right posterior fornix.3.The characteristics of EEG changes in the state of meditation show that in the state of meditating, the six waveforms of the experimental group before and after the experiment are all improved in each brain region, and the occipital region is significantly improved. The ? wave is significantly increased in the frontal and anterior sacral regions;?1 is significantly different in the forehead areas;there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment, and the ? and ?2 waves are significantly different in the right anterior fontanelle after the experiment;?2 Waves is increased significantly in the frontal and central areas.4.The characteristics of electroencephalogram changes in the anxiety group show that the four waveforms of ?,?1,?1 and ?2 in the quiescent state are significantly increased in the occipital region, the delta wave is significantly decreased in the right center. The ?,? and ?1 waves are in the forehead are Significant increased; In the state of meditation,?,?,? and ?1 wave has significant differences in the occipital.5.The characteristics of different groups of waveforms before and after the experiment: 1)The lowest point of each waveform falls on the tempus;2)The power spectrum values of the model, five waves of ?,?,?2,?1,and ?2 in the state of anxiety in the anxiety group, are less than that of the anxious group under quiet and meditative conditions.3)The difference between the anxiety group and the anxiety group before the experiment is mainly in the right central ?,the right occipital ?2,and the right posterior iliac ?1,there is no significant difference between the two group after the experiment.4)Under meditative conditions, there is significant difference in the ?2 wave between the anterior anxiety group and the anterior anxiety group before the experiment. After the experiment,it changes to the left midgut's ? and there are significant differences between ? waves and it.CONCLUSION1?After 4 months of regular yoga practice, the power values of each wave shows an increasing trend in the whole brain, and they are increased in the occipital region. In the quiet state of the experimental group,?1 wave is prominently reduced in the left forehead and ?2 wave in the right posterior.Anxiety group in the state of meditating, the right front palate ?2 wave is transformed into the left middle temporal ?,? wave, and the ability to inhibit the ? wave is enhanced, indicating that regular yoga meditation exercises can play a good mitigation of anxiety,it has good repair and health effects on the control of emotional sacral and forehead brain functions.2.Yoga meditation exercises can increase the metabolic capacity of brain neurons.Long-term exercises can enhance the excitability of brain neurons and may have a positive protective effect on the brain's nervous system.3.Yoga meditation exercises strengthen the sensory stimuli of the brain. This stimulus makes the neuron discharge activity of the brain from disorder to order,so that the brain can better achieve the ability of autonomous coordination, and the law of synchronization and desynchronization is enhanced.4.Regular yoga meditation exercises can effectively improve middle-aged women's anxiety. It is recommended to use yoga as an intervention to relieve women's anxiety.
