Objective: To study the impact of aerial yoga practice on middle-aged women's physique and functional movements, and to analyze the aerial yoga practice on middle-aged women's physical fitness The impact of functional movements, exploring the effects of aerial yoga practice, with a view to discovering the influence of aerial yoga practice on the physical and functional movements of middle-aged women, thereby enriching the theoretical system of yoga, and providing reference for middle-aged women to choose aerial yoga practice. Methods: This study selected 60 female yoga members aged 45-59 years in the Yoga Club of Changchun City, through interviews and surveys to understand the living conditions of the test subjects and the time for amateur exercise. They all have a certain basis of yoga exercise. And meet the conditions of good health.Perform aerial yoga exercises 5 times a week, each practice time is 1 hour, the duration is three months. And before the experiment and after the end of the experiment, the test indicators of the functional test of the test subject are tested, and the instrument is used to detect the various physical function indexes of the test subject and fasting vein blood collection, blood routine test, and blood lipid test.itemresult:1.Changes in the FMS test: After the practice of aerial yoga, the squat score of the middle-aged women participating in the experiment was increased from 1.52 ±0.55 before the experiment to 1.94 ± 0.32,the difference was 0.42,which was obvious There is a significant difference between before and after statistics(P statistics had a significant difference(P = 0.039).The score ofthe active leg lift score increased from 1.39 ± 0.24 before the experiment to 1.63± 0.43,with a difference of 0.24,a significant improvement, and statistically significant differences(P = 0.046).The push-up score score increased from 1.07 ±0.44 before the experiment to 1.33 ± 0.26 after the experiment, the difference was0.26,there was a significant improvement, and the statistics had a significant difference(P = 0.043).The score of the body rotation stability score was improved from 0.98 ± 0.71 before the experiment to 1.21 ± 0.58,with a difference of 0.23,a significant improvement, and statistically significant differences(P = 0.048).The total score increased from 9.6 ± 0.59 before the experiment to 11.66 ± 4.96,the difference was 2.06,and the statistics showed a significant difference(P = 0.004).2.Changes in physical fitness: the middle-aged female sitting flexion performance before and after the experiment increased from 13.91 ± 4.51 cm before the experiment to 16.27 ± 4.25 cm,with a difference of 2.36 cm,a significant improvement, and the statistics are significant Difference(P = 0.019).The test results during the reaction increased from 0.37 ± 0.18 s before the experiment to 0.42 ±0.12 s,with a difference of 0.05,which was improved but no significant difference occurred(P = 0.069).The result of the closed-eye one-legged stand test increased from 4.93 ± 1.05 before the experiment to 8.02 ± 2.54,with a difference of 3.09,a significant improvement, and a significant difference before and after the experiment(P = 0.017).3.Changes in body shape: The weight of the test subject decreased from 65.32± 7.15 before the experiment to 64.01 ± 5.33,the difference was 1.31,and the weight showed a downward trend, but there was no significant difference(P = 0.123).The fat weight of the test subject decreased from 13.4 ± 3.87 before the experiment to 11.12 ± 5.14,the difference was 2.28,there was a significant decrease and there was a significant difference(P = 0.047).The body fat percentage of the test subject decreased from 21.85 ± 4.12 before the experiment to 19.47 ± 3.25,the difference was 2.32,there was a significant decrease and a significant difference(P =0.049).4.Changes in physical function: The heart rate of the test subject decreased from71.5 ± 11.2 beats / min before the experiment to 67.8 ± 4.3 beats / min, thedifference was 3.7,there was a significant decrease and there was a significant difference(P = 0.045).The systolic blood pressure of the test subject decreased from122.1 ± 12.6mm Hg before the experiment to 111.6 ± 7.6mm Hg,the difference was 10.5,there was a significant decrease and there was a significant difference(P =0.033).The diastolic blood pressure of the experimental subject decreased from 73.2± 10.3 mm Hg before the experiment to 68.2 ± 6.3 mm Hg,the difference was 5,with a significant decrease and a significant difference(P = 0.043).The vital capacity of the experimental subject increased from 2256.6 ± 378.6ml before the experiment to 2635.4 ± 315.7ml,the difference was 378.8,there was a significant increase and there was a significant difference.5.Changes in blood lipids: According to the results of blood lipid tests before and after, the total cholesterol(TC)decreased from 5.83 ± 1.25 mmol / L before the experiment to 4.91 ± 1.11 mmol / L,the difference was 1.08,there was a significant decrease and there was a significant Sexual difference(P = 0.048).High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)increased from 2.34 ± 0.37 mmol / L before the experiment to 2.75 ± 0.69 mmol / L,the difference was 0.41,the increase in indicators was not obvious and there was no significant
