Research On Management Of Volunteers In Large-scale Sports Events Of Shandong Province

The scope of modern large-scale sports events (LSE) is more and more bulky. Volunteer is weightily composing of large-scale sports events. Requests which are put forward to volunteers who are special human resources by LSE are more and more higher with degree and arrangement of volunteers’ intervention continuously grow on, and the expanding of volunteers’ intervention. Supply of simple labor force can’t satisfy the need of LSE. Constructing of environment management, framework and organizational culture all put forward different requests to process of behavior, such as recruitment, training and incentive. Scientific management of LSE is more and more important to the success of LSE.Volunteers’ service of LSE is a all-around social activity which take athletic as basic. First of all, it is complicated for LSE that because different LSE have different demand to volunteers, and LSE which is held by different place have different request. Secondly, because of the different between volunteers with staff, the management to volunteers can’t be same with ordinary human resource management. Recent years, variedly international and nationwide LSE were held in our province, volunteers’took important action to it. In a word, it is significative for us to take study on theory and practice which adapt to management of LSE.Taking theory of management as foundational, it detaildely expatiate development status of management of volunteers in LSE, analyze the function and value of LSE, and concretely analyze the processing of action which management to volunteers in LSE. And it discuss environment management, framework and organizational culture of form of volunteers in LSE. It hope that providing reference to establish optimal mode which fit management of volunteers in LSE of Shandong province, providing beneficial use for reference to management of volunteers in LSE of Shandong province.
