Research On The Construction Of Volunteers' Team In Beijing University Under The Perspective Of The Large-scale Sports Event

After the Beijing Olympic Games more and more large-scale sports events held in Beijing.University volunteer team as a major sporting event volunteer main force plays an increasingly important role.This paper studies the operation process,system guarantee and spiritual construction of the volunteer team under the large-scale sports events through the investigation and visits of college volunteers and volunteer service teachers and managers by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and other research methods.In order to strengthen the construction of volunteer team in colleges and universities,this paper points out the problems.And then put forward some suggestions for the university volunteer team to provide some practical and theoretical reference.The results are as follows.(1)The characteristics of the college volunteer team are mainly reflected in the volunteerism and mobility of the team members,the temporary formation of the team and the normative nature of the team organization and the short-term and volunteer service objectives of the volunteer service.College volunteer team to follow the principles of construction to the principle of system,student-oriented principles,good example principle,voluntary principle of the principle of harmonious communication.(2)The cooperation between volunteer service and college volunteer team is becoming more and more close.The construction of volunteer team of large-scale sports events mainly includes three aspects: operation process,system guarantee and spiritual construction.Volunteer team participation in large-scale sports events volunteer service activities are more active,and the volunteer service team construction and participation in large-scale sports events of the type,size,event arrangement and so on.(3)large-scale sporting events already have their mature operational processes.From the volunteer planning,recruitment and selection and training,to the configuration and coordination of the game,and then to the post-match severance,each link are closely linked.In the selection of volunteers,the selection criteria are not clear,interview examiner subjective strong.Large-scale sports events Volunteers and team training before the form of training is mainly used to focus on the way,but also need to form from the training,training content,training and evaluation to further strengthen the volunteer team or individual training.(4)Based on the perspective of large-scale sports events,ten volunteer teams in Beijing have a common system of volunteer registration.Volunteer training follows certain rules and regulations,but there are not enough problems,Mainly in the digital management of information can not be fully popular,most colleges and universities have not yet established a digital school-based volunteer database;volunteer service assessment and certification system,some volunteer service team has not yet implemented;and incentive mechanism is not sound enough.(5)the development of volunteer service team spirit through the establishment of a common team goals,the establishment of good communication mechanisms and incentives and the creation of mutual trust team environment in four areas.Colleges and universities have their own unique concept of volunteer service,but most of the college students volunteer spirit of the lack of understanding of the lack of understanding and understanding of volunteer service team spirit to be further strengthened from these aspects.It is suggested that: from the further strengthening of volunteer selection,the construction of large-scale sports college volunteer training team,to further refine and improve the volunteer evaluation link,build the school digital volunteer database and so on to strengthen the college volunteer team construction problems.
