The Person Making-personality Of Tso Chuan And The Reference For Goals Of University Moral Education

Tso Chuan,which created by Zuo Qiuming,try to explain the potential meanings of Confucius' s Chunqiu,and its personality ideal of person making is more close to Confucius.Because the core of Confucius' s ideology is kindness ethics,so the later Confucian paid more attention to people's moral quality,and lack of attention of people's abilities.On the contrary,as historians,Zuo Qiuming concluded the Person-making personality from the two hundred histories of Spring and Autumn period.He was aware of that the ability is as important as the morality to people's success.So its personality ideal of person making especially emphasize the simultaneous development of inner virtue and external ability.The Person-making personality of Tso Chuan thinks that the life of people is the process that keeping pursue the perfect of moral reason.The process demands people to establish their stable individual mental characteristics actively,and turn the external rules into inner moral personality,and take the moral personality as rule to guide their behavior.From the individual aspect,Person-making means cultivating one's moral character,in order to make perfect human being.From the social aspect,it requires people to get achievements which can be remembered by the history,it also means that people should be useful for the county and other people and should take their social responsibility actively.The Person-making personality of Tso Chuan believes that every people have the spiritual strengthen to know and perfect themselves in their heart.And the spiritual strengthen can lead people to think the meanings of life and morality,make them to improve their inner morality and external ability gradually,and become a Person-making in the process of self-improvement eventually.For now,strengthen moral education and cultivate people is the fundamental task of university moral education,the eventual purpose is to cultivate people themselves.So what shall we do to be a human? And what person shall we become? This problems all aim to the university morality education goals.The Person-making of Tso Chuan is the perception of life and morality which came from their life practice and historical experience,it become with the biology person,and lead to the perfect person.There are plenty of moral education resource in the Person-making of Tso Chuan which has important referential value to goals of university moral education.This article includes four chapter:Chapter 1: An analysis on the meanings of the Person-making of Tso Chuan.In this chapter,we mainly discuss the concrete content and theory source on the person making of Tso Chuan.At first,we try to make clear the origin and development sequence of Person-making through the analysis of its concept.Then,we especially discussed the personality characteristic on the Person-making of Tso Chuan,include kindness,loyalty and respect,clean,humility,ability,etc.At last,we summarized the process of Person making from Tso Chuan,include pay attention to education,happy to learning,keeping practice.Chapter 2: the moral education value of the Person-making personality of Tso Chuan.At first,we analyzed the moral education resource of Person making of Tso Chuan.Then,we discussed the inner mechanism of how the university moral education progress the student's morality development from moral psychology angle,in order to find the theory consistency between the Person-making morality of Tso Chuan and university moral education goals.Chapter 3: the inspection of the historical experience and existing problem on the moral education purpose of colleges and universities.At first,through the analysis of policy text,we take a historical inspection on the university moral education goals from Reform and Opening up period,and concluded its historical experience and development trend.Then,we used the investigation and research method to analyze the existing situation and problems of our university moral education goals.We should have deep comprehensive on history and present situation,show respect to rules and regulations,then we can make a better plan for the future of university moral education goals.Chapter 4: The Person making of Tso Chuan can be used for reference to moral education in colleges and universities.At first,we use psychology knowledge to extend the Person-making personality structure of Tso Chuan.Then,we analyzed Person-making personality structure and its dynamic process from moral education psychology angle.At last,based on the morality feature and psychology background of university students,we stick to obey the laws of university moral education goals,with a view to solve the present problems of university moral education goals.Accord to this basic way,we discussed the reference of the Person-making personality of Tso Chuan to university moral education goals.
