Higher vocational education is an important part of China's higher education,and it shoulders the heavy responsibility of providing high-quality skilled talents for economic and social development.However,on the current situation of talent supply and demand,the contradiction between the supply of higher vocational talents and the demand for qualified personnel in the industry has become increasingly prominent.The quality of talent training has become a shortcoming that restricts the continuous development of higher vocational education.Raising the quality of talent training in higher vocational education is an urgent task to promote the high-level construction of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics.The reform of the supply side emphasizes that short supply boards are supplemented by improving supply quality and provide a new perspective for solving the difficult development of higher vocational education.From the perspective of supply-side reform,it must study the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational education,stress the importance of training talents in higher vocational education,optimize personnel training and supply structure to improve the quality of higher vocational talents,promote the supply of higher vocational talents,actively adapt to social needs,and promote the accuracy of higher vocational talents supply,effective supply.This thesis takes the structural contradiction between the supply and demand of talents in higher vocational education as the entry point,and takes the perspective of supply-side reform as the basic perspective to study the quality of higher vocational talents training.It draws lessons from the theories of human capital theory and totalquality management,using the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and case analysis method to explore the existing problems in the quality of higher vocational talent training in the research,focusing on the following aspects: First,Clarify the logical relationship between supply-side reform and upgrading the quality of higher vocational talents training;Second,grasp the current status of higher vocational talents training quality,in-depth analysis of its existing problems and analyze the reasons;Third,based on the perspective of supply side reform put forward to improve vocational talents Develop quality measures.The main contributions of the paper are as follows: Firstly,clarify the logical relationship between supply-side reform and upgrading the quality of higher vocational talents training.The main manifestation is that improving the quality of higher vocational talents training is an inevitable requirement of supply-side reform,an important measure to promote supply-side reform;The connotation of supply-side reform is consistent with the path to improve the quality of higher vocational talents.Secondly,through the integration analysis of survey data,it was found that there existed inconsistencies such as the mismatch between professional supply and industrial structure in the supply side of higher vocational talents training,the mismatch between curriculum supply and job demand,the inconsistent supply of teacher's teaching supply and students' learning needs,and the supply and talent of school-enterprise cooperation.A series of issues affecting the quality of personnel training,such as the lack of macro instruction in the cultivation of higher vocational talents,the lack of ability of higher vocational colleges to adapt to economic development,the misunderstanding of the cooperation between school and enterprise,and the unsound monitoring system for teaching management in institutions of higher learning.Third,after summing up the status quo and characteristics of talent supply in case schools,it propose a strategy for improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational education from the perspective of supply side reform.The first is to clarify the quality objectives of higher vocational talents training: scientifically positioning the quality objectives of talent training;accurately positioning quality standards for personnel training;and rationally evaluating the quality of personnel training.The second is to clarify the quality of the supply of high-quality talents to provide content:the government to improve the top-level design,increase funding;enterprises play a main role,efficient participation in cooperation;institutions to strengthen subjective initiative to promote effective personnel training.The third is to continue to promote the quality of personnel training: take high moral values establishment and people cultivation;optimize the allocation of factors in the training of personnel;a sound education quality assurance system.The fourth is to implement a total quality management process for personnel training: to establish a multi-party linkage of the talent supply and demand adjustment mechanism;to build an improved personnel training element allocation mechanism;to establish a tracking mechanism for the supply of high-quality talent;to develop vocational personnel training quality optimization program.This dissertation studies the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational education from the perspective of supply-side reform.It aims to solve the practical problems of promoting the quality of higher vocational talents training and to improve the fitting degree between the practice of talent cultivation in higher vocational education and the needs of talents in society.To promote the connotation development of higher vocational education,promote the construction of high-level and high-quality high-tech education with Chinese characteristics,and enhance the endogenous driving force for the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
