Optimize Research On The Specialty Structure Of Higher Vocational Education In Jiangxi Province Under The Background Of Structural Reform On Supply-side

Education should be the most fundamental "supply side" factors as the supply side of the main factors of labor production channels.Facing the problems of higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province and the requirements of industrial structure transformation and upgrading should put structural reform on the supply-side as breakthrough to improve the quality and efficiency of supply,and implement the innovative,accurate and effective supply of education and improve the total factor productivity and resource allocation.The development of regional economy in Jiangxi Province is inseparable from the lifeline of higher vocational education.However,there are still some structural contradictions in the field of higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province.In particular,the structural contradictions of professional development factors are very prominent and cannot very well to meet the needs and trends of the development of industrial structure,so in order to improve the quality and efficiency of professional supply,to make it with the regional industry positioning and development advantages of the oriented,coordination better,more appropriate,it is necessary to study the current situation,problems and countermeasures of the professional structure of higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province.Based on the current situation,trend of Jiangxi province's industrial structure and the relevant data of higher vocational education,this study makes a thorough and comprehensive analysis on the status quo of professional supply,the fit degree of professional and strategic new industry,and the adaptability of professional structure and industrial structure.This study found that structural distortions of professional structure,,the effective supply of inadequate on professional for the strategic emerging industry,professional structure and industrial structure of the adaptability is not strong and so on.To this end,it should put the the five development concept as the lead,which contain innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing.At the same time,it should through adding new professional,speeding up the flow of factors,focusing on service-oriented,building professional construction community,establishing dynamic adjustment mechanism and other measures to promote the higher vocational education professional structure.
