In recent years,the development of vocational education has focused on the vision of the party and the country.While vocational education has cultivated a large number of practical and practical talents with solid technical skills for the country,it has also essentially promoted the process of higher education into mass.However,the private higher vocational education in Guizhou,located in the southwest region,is still the shortcomings of the entire vocational education.The country has nearly700,000 graduates and 4 million undergraduates every year.Relatively sufficient,private vocational colleges have strong demand for teachers,but there are still problems with the uneven distribution of teachers in private vocational colleges and outstanding structural contradictions.The same is true in Guizhou Province.In the face of this structural contradiction of teachers,how can Guizhou private vocational colleges continue to survive and develop? How to optimize the allocation of teachers?Through the analysis of the supply-side reform perspective and propose feasible countermeasures to improve the effective supply and high-quality supply of vocational teachers,improve the quality of talent training,and thus achieve the comprehensive development of vocational education in Guizhou.Conducted a survey on the only 6 private higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province(as of December 2019),using the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyze the 6 schools in depth from the number of teachers,teacher structure,teacher quality and other dimensions The current situation of the school's teacher allocation has found that there are structural problems in the supply and demand of teachers in private higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the weak supply of teachers in private higher vocational colleges,the structural misalignment of the teaching staff,and the imbalance of the supply and demand of teachers.According to the problems in the allocation of teachers in private higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province,the reasons for the structural contradictions of teachers are analyzed: the insufficiency of teacher training;the insufficient implementation of system guarantees;the lack of policy guidance and the insufficient investment in financial support.In-depth analysis of the main causes of the problem,while reading,finding relevant systems and policies related to the cultivation of higher vocational teachers,and finally,in the context of policy guidance to accelerate the development of modern vocational education,systematically propose adjustments to teachertraining mechanisms from the perspective of supply-side reform.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions such as reforming the title appraisal system,establishing relevant policies that are tilted toward private higher vocational colleges,increasing funding and optimizing the supply structure,etc.,can help to increase the number of teachers and optimize the stock of teachers.Therefore,it provides an effective theoretical basis for the healthy,stable and sustainable development of private higher vocational education in Guizhou Province,enhances the advantages of running private higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province,and better serves local economic and social development.Based on the theory of “supply-side reform”,the study of teacher allocation in Guizhou private higher vocational colleges provides a new solution to the problems in the allocation of teachers in the field of private vocational education,with a view to speeding up the optimization of teachers in private vocational colleges in Guizhou Configuration,improve the quality of education and teaching,achieve sustainable development of colleges and universities,and make a positive contribution to the economic transformation and upgrading of Guizhou Province,and to overcome poverty.At the same time,I hope that the above suggestions can provide teachers in the surrounding western regions to promote the construction of teachers in private higher vocational colleges The significance of reference and reference.
