| With the continuous adjustment of China’s industrial structure,the demand for skilled talents is expanding,and the problem of improving the skill level of labor force has attracted much attention.Starting from the supply side reform,this paper studies the vocational skills training of higher vocational students.It emphasizes starting from the supply side of talent training,improving the quality of vocational skills training of higher vocational students by optimizing the supply structure of training environment,promoting the supply of higher vocational talents to actively adapt to social needs,and promoting the accurate and effective supply of higher vocational talents.Under the background of supply side reform,higher vocational education should also actively adapt to the requirements of national economic development,and cultivate skilled talents who can promote China’s supply side reform and economic development.This study takes the supply side reform as the background,vocational skills as the main line,and focuses on the current situation,problems,causes and solutions of vocational skills of higher vocational students.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of this study,the related research review at home and abroad,and the research ideas and methods.The second part is the core concept and theoretical support of the research,which respectively defines the supply side reform,higher vocational students,vocational skills,vocational skills training,and takes the combination of education and production labor theory,human capital theory and total quality management theory as the theoretical support of this research.The third part is the current situation of vocational skills of higher vocational students.Through the questionnaire survey,the current situation of vocational students in general specific skills,general skills,core skills and interdisciplinary skills is sorted out.The fourth part is the current vocational skills of the major problems and analysis of the reasons,through the survey results,at present,there are still some higher vocational students whose professional operation skills can not fully meet the needs of the post skills of enterprises,their ability to solve problems is poor,their "craftsman spirit" is lacking,and their sense of innovation is weak,the innovation ability is not strong and so on.The main reasons are that the teaching and practical training do not support the vocational skills training of higher vocational students;pay attention to the theory teaching,pay attention to the theory teaching,despise the core skills training;the school and enterprise do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students’ vocational skills;education and teaching lack of innovative skills training.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the vocational skills of higher vocational students from the aspects of strengthening the students’ professional operation skills training,optimizing the personnel training methods,cultivating students’ professional skills literacy and cultivating students’ innovative skills.Through a series of strategies,improve the vocational skills of higher vocational students. |
