Research On The Factor Identify And Development Pathway Of The Sustainable University

Modern higher education is an important cornerstone of national development,a platform for the cohesion of social civilization,and also a key factor to realize human sustainable development.More and more universities around the world have been and will continue to make systematic changes to achieve sustainable development.Sustainable development has become the important social responsibility of Chinese universities,and it is the meaning of the development idea of Chinese universities to carry out innovation,coordination,green,open and share deeply.As China's most dynamic social organization,Chinese universities should take the social responsibility of sustainable development and promote the development of sustainable construction in China.At present,sustainable university belongs to the new form of university development,and also a new exploratory research field.Although in recent years,sustainable universities in China have a certain development,but the sustainable university in China's definition,positioning,system construction lags behind,to the sustainable University element classification is not clear.Based on stakeholder perspective,this paper by using literature method,investigation analysis method,text analysis method and case analysis method,taking sustainable university elements and their development path as the research object,starting with the definition of sustainable university intension,secondly,classifying and collating related literature,summarizing the content elements of sustainable university development in China,Then through the data analysis,compare the sustainable university construction effect difference,finally unifies the overseas Sustainable University construction experience lesson,explores our country sustainable university's practical path.This research mainly includes the following five aspects: definition of sustainable university,content elements of sustainable university,analysis of sustainable construction effect of domestic universities,typical case study of sustainable universities abroad,practical path of sustainable university construction in China.The main conclusions drawn from the study include: first,through the collection of 31 authoritative papers and declarations of international authoritative organizations,extracts the key words,to determine sustainable university five content elements namely teaching,research,social service,management,campus operation,and clear its element content.Second,through the questionnaire survey and data collection of three universities with different degree of sustainable development,it is found that there are some unbalanced and insufficient phenomena in the development of sustainable universities in our country,which is far from the development of sustainable university construction.Third,for the four of foreign countries with high sustainable development,good development,practical experience of the university data collection,learning from its experience,from the campus operations,University academic,university Governance,university mission of the four dimensions of sustainable university building experience to summarize.Finally,in order to promote the development of sustainable university in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of sustainable university from the four dimensions of campus operation,university academic,university governance and university mission.
