The Development Path Choice Of Private Higher Education Institution Based On Perspective Of Internal Stakeholders

The nonprofit private university as the product of education reform practice has become an important part of higher education system. The situation has been changed that higher education investment mainly depends on state finance. Furthermore, the nonprofit private university has widen the channel of raising higher education funds, also has alleviated the burden of national finance. In addition, the expansion of higher education resources has alleviated the contradiction of supplement and demand. In one word, the development of nonprofit university in China has brought mass of new challenges and opportunities. The development of the nonprofit university in U.S. has been reached very perfect status. The internal stakeholders in the university have certain rights, who also have been supervised by other stakeholders. Such situation which maximizes their interest overall, has make sure the sustainable development of nonprofit private university in U.S. Since the emergence of crisis, It has become essential for nonprofit private universities in China to seek the sustainable development way.This thesis has conduct to relevant research within the perspective of nonprofit higher institutional internal stakeholders. Firstly, The status of the nonprofit private higher institutional internal stakeholders in U.S. has been made, which helps to understand the relationship between.the internal stakeholders when private higher institution has achieved sustainable development. Secondly, the analysis has been made on which path choice could make private higher institution in U.S. achieve the current status and what conditions are indispensable during the development of the higher institution in U.S.. Finally, It make comparison between the internal stakeholders of private universities in China and those in U.S. Based on the problems of relationship between internal stakeholders in China and the current situation shown by a private university, the sustainable development path choice of Chinese non-profit private institution has been put forward. After understanding our problems in nonprofit private universities, sustainable development of nonprofit private universities in China has been proposed. First, distinguish between profit-seeking private non-profit private universities. Also, there should be establishment of the board leadership, and improves the management board. In addition, it is vital to improve the security system of teachers'right, so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers. Last but not the least it is important to concern to protect student rights, and promote them to participate in school management. Through mutual constraints within the nonprofit private universities, the right can be prevented to an unlimited expansion. Nonprofit private universities could come to achieve the status that overall stakeholders satisfy their interests, so as to achieve sustainable development.
