As the most basic social group,the family is a typical representative of the group in terms of the general concept of the group or the concept of the group in a narrow sense.The development of family activities with the family as the unit has the basic characteristics of the general group activities.The theory of group dynamics based on the study of group behavior is a representative theory for studying group behavior.This theory mainly analyzes the impact of individual behavioral activities based on the individual's individual needs on the leadership style,structure,and behavioral goals of the entire group.It also demonstrates the effect of group leadership or majority behavior on the individual's activities in the group.The mutual drive between groups is the main research content of group dynamic theory.In daily life,family sports activities are one of the important media for communication among family members.Based on the dynamic theory of the group and the current family sports activities,it is discovered that there are family groups such as family groups in the development of family sports at this stage.Problems such as low participation of members,poor interaction between family groups,and limitations of family group sports conditions have caused family members to encounter bottlenecks in realizing the common goals pursued through sports.At the same time,in recent years,people's awareness of fitness has been increasing,relying on the power of science and technology to make new ways of family sports,and the effect of sports has become more prominent.As a typical representative of emerging technologies,somatosensory games have entered people's field of vision.Their benign combination with sports makes the somatosensory games become a more convenient and effective sports representative in people's daily life.Somatosensory games focus more on providing immersive game experiences in virtual situations and emphasizing the interaction and cooperation among family members and the participation of various parts of the body.Therefore,the game not only shows an entertaining and interesting game experience,but also It also has good sports and fitness value,has outstanding feasibility and forward-looking in the process of promoting the development of family sports,and has a good improvement effect on solving family sports difficulties on the basis of group dynamic theory,and is worthy of promotion in family sports.Therefore,the use of group dynamics theory to construct a somatosensory game to promote the development of family sports is currently an important issue facing family sports.This study proposes systematically discussing the relationship between group dynamics theory and family sports.Compared with traditional sports events,the advantages of somatosensory games have a good boost to solve existing problems in the development of family sports.The SWOT analysis of the feasibility of somatosensory game promotion in family sports is performed in order to demonstrate the positive impact of somatosensory games in promoting family sports.It follows that,under the support of group dynamic theory,the path of somatosensory games to promote the development of family sports should focus on the following three aspects.First,the promotion of participation in sports activities among family groups should be promoted;the second is sports for family groups.The interactivity has been significantly improved;the third is to promote the improvement of the experience of sports models among family groups.This article clarified the combination of somatosensory games and family sports as the best sales route,and provided suggestions and references for promoting the development of family sports.
