| With the continuous development and progress of society,the nationwide system of competitive sports in China has gradually failed to keep pace with the times.In the 1980 s,China proposed the "combination of sports and education" model to train high-level athletes.Through the college platform,sports and education are combined to achieve the goal of combining sports with education.After more than three decades of practice and exploration,certain ways have been achieved by cultivating high-level athletes in universities.However,there are still many problems in the training of high-level athletes in colleges and universities because of the country’s major policies and policies,the coordination of the management of sports departments and education departments,and the management mechanism of colleges and universities.The issue of “confrontation between learning and training” is one of the most serious issues.It affects the daily operation of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,the level of competition,the quality of training of high-level athletes,etc.,and it also affects the “conflicts of learning and training” among high-level athletes.Research hasThis study selected the representative high-level athletes from universities in our country as the object of investigation to understand and analyze the main causes of the contradiction between learning and training.In this study,literature data,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis methods were used to determine the main reasons for the "study contradiction" problem.(1)The problem of "study and training contradiction" is a common phenomenon in the process of cultivating high-level athletes in colleges and universities.Restricting the sustainable development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities greatly affects the quality of high-level athletes in colleges and universities.(2)High-level athletes in colleges and universities generally adopt the policy of lowering points and single strokes in the enrollment,and the general cultural foundation of high-level athletes is weak,which is an important reason for the “conflict between school and training”.(3)The lack of guidance from high-level coaches in high-level college athletes,the low level of scientific training,and the lack of training recovery methods have caused the problem of “study contradictions” to a considerable extent.(4)College high-level athletes are subjective to learning and subjective,self-discipline is poor,not enough importance to the importance of cultural learning is the underlying reason for the "study contradiction" problem.(5)In the formulation of the teaching plan,the selection of teaching methods and content did not take into account the particularity of high-level athletes,and did not achieve “teaching according to students’ aptitude”.For the study and management system of high-level athletes in colleges and universities,there are phenomena such as imperfect attendance system and the formalization of examinations.(6)At the national level,there is no corresponding supervision mechanism for the cultural study of high-level athletes,which is also an important reason for the "study contradiction".In addition,the study also proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions for solving the "contradictions between learning and training". |
