Countermeasure Research On Fitness And Leisure Service Of Large Sports Stadiums In Guangzhou

With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standards,the demand for sports for residents has been increasing,showing a variety of characteristics.The state has paid more and more attention to the fitness and leisure functions of large-scale sports stadiums,and the process of reforming the venue management system has been continuously promoted.However,the current level of fitness and leisure services for most large-scale sports stadiums in China is not high enough to fully meet people's sports needs.Therefore,the study begins with the reform of the supply side structure of the venue service,improves the supply efficiency of the venue service,meets the diverse sports needs of the residents,and lays an important foundation for the realization of China's healthy China goal.This paper uses literature,survey,comparative analysis and other research methods,using supply theory,government intervention theory and new public management theory.The paper summarizes the fitness and leisure services in Guangzhou's large stadiums,and conducts field research on Guangzhou venues and interviews with venue operators.And related experts,and then research on the status quo and existing problems in the service of large-scale sports stadiums,the study found that: fitness and leisure services in large stadiums in Guangzhou also face a single supply,insufficient policy support,poor operation of venues,administrative misplaced interventions and venues The constraints on site selection defects have caused the fitness and leisure service products to fail to meet the multi-level and diversified needs of the citizens.The stagnation of the operation of the venues has also led to inefficient service provision.In view of the existing problems,combined with the actual operational capacity of the venues,it is believed that the current goal of achieving high-quality fitness and leisure services in large-scale stadiums in Guangzhou is to enrich product supply to meet the diversified and multi-level needs of the citizens;to scientifically introduce formats,form industrial clusters,and form advantages.Complementary;convenient venue location and surrounding traffic environment to enhance the attraction and openness of the venue,providing strict monitoring and fitness guidance to reduce the risk of mass fitness and leisure activities.Therefore,it is proposed to optimize the operation mechanism,improve the management system,improve the laws and regulations,and coordinate the allocation of planning elements.The purpose is to eliminate the resistance of the development of fitness and leisure services in large stadiums in Guangzhou,promote the realization of fitness and leisure services in large stadiums in Guangzhou,and improve the social and economic benefits of fitness and leisure services in the venues.The above research not only provides reference for related scholars in this field,but also expands the research space of academic fields in large stadiums.
