The Research On The Talent Cultivation By School-enterprise Corperation In Henan Polytechnic Institute

Endowed with the closest relationship with the economy and society,higher vocational education provides the services that directly cater to the country's economic transformation and development.The cultivation of talents with technical skills based on school-enterprise cooperation is a universal model for vocational education at home and abroad.Studying the path and mechanism of higher vocational education based on school-enterprise cooperation under the “new normal” is of theoretical and practical significance for improving the level of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.With the path of the talent cultivation based on school-enterprise cooperation as a research object and Henan Polytechnic Institute as a sample,methods such as literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey have been comprehensively utilized.On the basis of analyzing the main practices and effects of talents cultivation mode based on school-enterprise cooperation that is featured by collectivization,dual-subject,trilateral-cooperation and order model,public management knowledge and principles have been applied to conclude that some bottleneck problems still exist in curriculum provision,training base construction,internship-related vocational skills,teachers' practices and communication platforms.The main reasons for incomprehensive school-enterprise cooperation are the off-standard subject consciousness,institution and mechanism construction,policy orientation and inadequate school services,etc.From the levels of the government,enterprises and schools,measures are proposed so as to strengthen the talents cultivating with school-enterprise cooperation.The government should introduce relevant policy guidance on top-level design such as macro-control,system improvement,legal environment,infrastructure improvement and provision of quality services.By fulfilling social responsibility,enterprises should support the talents cultivating in terms of teaching staff building,practical training and employment.Higher vocational colleges should actively provide talent support and technical service to enterprises.By this,we could truly implement a school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,which is advocated and established jointly by schools,enterprises and the government.By this,we could provide a solid foundation for realizing the “Chinese Dream” of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and cultivating a large number of highly-quality technical talents in building a socialist modernized country.
