Management And Optimization Studies On School Enterprise Cooperation For Vocational Colleges In Talent Cultivation

As an important integral part of the higher education system, higher vocational education is responsible for the economic development and industrial restructuring of service area and the training of technical talents with high quality and skill in modern service industry, having important effect on our country to achieve industrialization and modernization. Since the reform and opening up, the higher vocational education in China has made great progress, and the “school enterprise cooperation, combination of work and study” is considered as the best way for vocational colleges to train the highly skilled professionals, so as to meet the needs of production, construction, management and service. However, comparing the operation of school enterprise cooperation at home and abroad, there are always a lot of shortcomings.In this paper, based on extensive literature survey and the comparative analysis of the development status of school enterprise cooperation at home and abroad, the plan, start, implementation, control and ending stages of school enterprise cooperation are mainly analyzed after applying the project management and relevant ideas. What’s more, taking the "W academy" project of chain operation management major in S College as a living example to analyze, a series of measures are proposed to optimize the management.The paper proposes the implementation and control of school enterprise cooperation to integrate resources of both parties based on the five stages of project management. Optimization is supposed to be achieved in school running, incentive and safeguard mechanism, core competence of training bases and certification system to promote win-win cooperation. The conclusions of this paper can provide some enlightening suggestions for the management of school enterprise cooperation and talent cultivation projects.
