The Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Ethnic Education issued by the State Council in 2015 clearly stated that accelerating universal preschool education and giving priority to supporting the three-year action plan for preschool education in ethnic regions.Xinjiang Education No.1 Project spreads three years of pre-school free education in rural areas and places greater emphasis on the development of early childhood education. It is against this background that this article is based on the Kansowat Village Kindergarten,a kindergarten in a Kazakh village in Manas County,as a research object,to review relevant literature on early childhood education and Kazakh education, and to actively cultivate Chinese in the country.Under the guidance of the idea of the national community consciousness, using the participation observation method and interview method, the combination of the main and the guests, and the field study to study the education situation of the kindergartens in the Kansuwat village.Through this case,it is concluded that the Kazakh preschool education in the farming and pasturing areas is more common. Results of the survey. The article examines how kindergartens in Kanswate village can educate people about excellent culture in the current social context and how to better use existing educational resources to implement cultural education. The article believes that giving full play to the role of early childhood education in culture and education is of great significance to breaking the regional intergenerational poverty and cultivating socialist talents. The survey found that the role of cultural education in Kansuwat village kindergartens is still weak.On the one hand, kindergartens have a short time of establishment, weak teachers, and economic and social conditions restrict the development of kindergartens in the development of local courses, targeting pastoral areas.Children's unreasonable adjustments to the curriculum content of the region can not be regarded simply as children's “lack of imagination” or other reasons.Instead, they should work hard to improve the contents and methods of curriculum teaching activities;on the other hand,The important forces of education-families and communities-still need to strengthen collaboration and cooperation in the work of kindergartens.
