How Biological Key Competences Is Manifested In Biologic New Curriculum Standard National Volume From 2014 To 2017

Cultivating the key competences of students is the common goal of education reform at home and abroad.In 2018,the new high school curriculum plan,high school curriculum standards and textbooks were designed and revised around key competences,leading to another reform in the examination proposition.The national unified examination of colleges and universities(The following is referred to as the college entrance examination)is the main form of talent selection in all provinces,as a tool to test students' academic level,the college entrance examination should also pay attention to the requirements of the core literacy,and to match the goal of cultivating talents in the country."The general high school biology curriculum standard "(2017Edition)issued by the Ministry of Education also points out that,the new test proposition should correspond to the level representation of the key competences and literacy of four biological disciplines,the knowledge and methods involved,determine the test blueprint and guide the proposition.The theory of education measurement and the theory of education evaluation are taken as the theoretical basis,and the 2014-2017 years of new curriculum biology are selected as the research sample of national volume."Key competences" is taken as the starting point for the analysis of test questions.Research method in this study are text analysis and descriptive statistics,and the classification standard of key competences of the test questions,the classification standard of key competences level and the classification standard of the content concept are set up.After searching the test questions from three aspects: the overall situation of examination,the level of competences and the concept of content,got the volume I,volume II and volume III of the key competences test results respectively,then the results are compared and analyzed.Thus,the change of the new curriculum standard in key competences examination since 2014 has been summarized.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)the proportion of examination papers for biological key competences is the highest in life concept and lowest in social responsibility.No longer taking a certain type of examination as the main reason,and gradually rationalize it.The form of examination questions is becoming more diverse,which is no longer limited to word expression,and a large number of charts are added to help explain it.(2)The examination papers gradually improved the key competences of biology.The quality of life concept is no longer staying at level 1 and level 2,raising to level 3and level 4;scientific inquiry literacy is no longer limited to the level of 2 examination,increased the level of 3;social responsibility literacy increased the level of 4examination.(3)The examination papers are no longer limited to a key competences level,and gradually turn to multilevel literacy test.In addition to focusing on level of 3,scientific thinking increased the level of 1 and 2 of the test.(4)The examination paper is based on concept 2 "cell survival needs energy and nutrients,and proliferation is achieved by splitting",and concept 2 is mainly used for scientific thinking and scientific inquiry level 1 and level 2.Secondly,the concept 5 "adaptation of the structure and function of individual life,the coordination and unity of each structure to complete complex life activities,and maintain steady state through a certain coordination mechanism" is the majority of the examination of the background of the content of the test,and mainly focused on the level of life of the level of 1.Concept 4 "biodiversity is the result of evolution" is the least.In general,the national volume of the new biological curriculum is becoming more and more vivid to the key competences.
