Design And Implementation Of University Alumni Information Management System

Based on the actual situation of alumni work in colleges and universities,the paper makes a detailed analysis and elaboration on the basic business process and various user roles of alumni work.Using the method based on the user role to identify the user needs and giving the description of the function of the system model to establish the corresponding software structure.According to the alumni data acquisition channels and access methods,it is divided into two categories--basic data and dynamic data.In view of the importance of the dynamic data of alumni,there are five-level star rules,in which specialized star data table is designed for 4 level and 5 level to establish more efficient relationship between tables and basic tables--one to ensure its privacy,and then increase the value of alumni data.Taking advantages of internal system research and development,it establishes data integration tools,such as teaching management system,data interface of academic system and data extraction procedures,which provides convenient,accurate,and quick access to the alumni base data.On the basis of relatively complete overall scheme design and Zend Studio platform,this paper uses PHP language and MYSQL database to develop the alumni of business management and information service platform prototype system,implementing and verifying the function of the alumni data management,information service,statistical analysis and data integration.The mobile Internet interface is also reserved for the future development of mobile phone.Using black-box testing,each function of the system is tested according to the process.The test is completed and the conditions are met after many iterations.
