Study On The Cultivation Method Of College Students’ Legal Education Under The New Situation

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the construction of the rule of law in China has become the theme of the times.In October 2014,The fourth plenary session of the eighteenth central committee of the communist party of China put forward to push forward the rule of law in an all-round way,constructing the system of rule by law of socialism with Chinese characteristics,building a socialist country under the rule of law.College students have higher knowledge and cultural quality,is the main force of China’s socialist construction.Under the new situation of the overall rule of law,college students are also an important part of governing the country according to law,the legal awareness of college students has a direct impact on the process of China ’s rule of law.At present,college students have a certain legal awareness,but there are still some problems.For example,some college students have a weak sense of law,For example,some college students lack of legal awareness,lack of legal knowledge,lack of legal belief,legal thinking is indifferent,illegal and criminal incidents occur from time to time etc.These problems affect the healthy growth of college students,is not conducive to the smooth integration of college students into the rule of law.Under the new situation of advancing the rule of law,the cultivation of legal consciousness of college students can guide them to develop healthy and civilized lifestyles,and which will have a direct or indirect impact on their future employment trends,work style,life philosophy and so on.In this paper,under the background of the overall situation of the rule of law in the new situation,the specific methods for the cultivation of College Students’ legal consciousness are studied.Firstly,this paper expounds the relationship between the rule of law and the legal consciousness of college students,and then analyzes the concept,connotation and the necessity of strengthening the legal consciousness of College Students.Then,based on the survey data of contemporary college students’ legal consciousness,this paper reviews the existing problems and contradictions of the current college students’ legal education,and analyzes the causes of the problems.And then analyzes the experience and lessons accumulated in the field of legal education for university students in international and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan regions.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper discusses the concrete methods and ways to improve the contemporary college students’ legal consciousness.
