“Socialism with Chinese characteristics is going through a new era,” according to the nineteenth report of communist party of China.Then,the central committee of the communist party of China and the state council issued <Comments on Comprehensive Deepening of the Reform of Teachers' Construction in the New Era>.As we can see,it is of great importance to build a high-quality and virtuous team under the new era.In the new era,with the development of the education reform and the popularization of higher education,there is a growing number of youth who have had higher education has gradually become the main force of middle school teachers.Compared with senior teachers with rich experience,junior teachers have had systematic,theoretical training on educational philosophy.However,it remains uncertain weather the junior may transform the systematic educational philosophy training into realistic teacher's ethics in practice.In the new era,the majority of junior middle school teachers in our country are loyal to their duty,good at teaching and educating,and the overall situation of professional ethics is perfect and the mainstream is positive under the guidance of socialist core values.However,under the influence of market economy,the group of junior teachers has been eroded by some negative thoughts in society.It was found that development of educational course and the ideological and moral construction of teenagers were seriously affect by the unhealthy tendencies and problems of minority teachers' deviation and deficiency of value,bias treatment towards students or lack in cooperation consciousness.There are two main causes for the professional moral anomie of junior middle school teachers.The first one is a subjective reason: poor adaptability of educational concept,pressure of exam-oriented education,effect of own quality.The second is an objective cause.For instance,influence of social environment change,the neglect of teacher's ethics in society,the lack of mechanism,difference between education object.In new era,in order to promote the sustainable development of school,it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of junior middle school teachers and cultivate a high-qualified team of junior middle school teachers who are virtuous,professional and advanced and it is supposed to be carried out in four ways: from the society aspect,the country aspect,the school and the teacher aspect.Firstly,to strengthen the legal protection of teachers' rights and interests to improve the professional ethics of junior middle school teachers from the national aspect;Secondly,to consolidate the career aspirations of junior middle school teachers with the system of socialist core value from the social level;Thirdly,to build a harmonious campus as to strengthen the professional ethics consciousness of junior middle school teachers;Fourthly,to establish scientific view,to promote the moral internalization and to improve the professional ethics of junior middle school teachers themselves.
