| China's economy is growing tremendously under the circumstances of this society reformation and the modernization of socialist society.Especially the sports industry in China is eye-catching from the international arena because of our sport development uniqueness and variety of sports content.Our sport industry is also displaying its characteristic in comprehensive development and also adapting to the international market and society.Focusing on cheerleading sports industry,which is actually originated from United Stated of America based on an emerging sport segment recently.Since 2002,our country is adopting cheerleading sports and we have witness a rapid development in this few years.It has the uniqueness of competitive viewing,has drawn up the attention from the public,especially the youth segment.And because of this,many cheerleading competitions with Chinese characteristics has also started to emerge.Hence,it is very obvious that cheerleading sports has become a very important part of modern sport in our country.The future of cheerleading sports is promising.This article is the result of analysis and study on every available resources and materials by using literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,comparative analysis method,mathematic statistical method and logic analysis.Basically this article is to analyze the development of cheerleading sports in our country.It is very obvious that the development of cheerleading sports in China is still immature,comparing to the country like United States.It is not just because of slow development in our country,it just simply because it is not mature enough to structure and market to the public in our country.It is however,still in the exploration phase,which is the early beginning stage of the development in our country.The entire industrial chain is still not fully developed yet.Industrialization of cheerleading sports in our country is still trying to explore the right tempo and model to fit into China.Therefore,the exploration development is more suitable at this moment in order to build a better future development of cheerleading sports and future roadmap in China.The result of this research article is not only helpful to identify the entire development of cheerleading sports,it is in fact also helpful in understanding the promotion of cheerleading culture,marketing segmentation,professional career practical and competitive ability as a platform.In order to achieve sports and market development,cultivation between sport person and practice has to be perfectly matched with each other in order to carry a meaningful development of cheerleading sports.By having a fully operative cheerleading sports industry,it can develop a series of useful developments,which will attract the attention of public,government,media,and sponsors.It can also stimulate cheerleading sports development in our country.In addition,it can also form an interactive model,which is helpful for the future development.Based on the current development of cheerleading sport in our country,we can find a few conclusions as follow:(1)Market segment is too unify,which make its development in the early stage of development(2)Promotion within the country is not wide enough,which needs more time to popularize the sport(3)Lack of superior competition,the organization is not complete enough.(4)Lack of qualified teachers in cheerleading sports(5)Lack of creative production of relevant derivative products(6)Lack of macro leadership in market development,policy support and monitoring system(7)Promotion of the industry is over unify,lack of professional media team Secondly,the author has made a few suggestion tackling at the issues of cheerleading sports industrialization is still not complete,combine with oversea especially United States,could help the development of cheerleading sport in our country.(1)Complete the cheerleading segment(2)Cultivate and train the human assets,increase the public base(3)Create branded competition,furnish the management organization(4)Solving the practice and training problem(5)Fully develop the relevant derivative products(6)Build up positive policies and development guidance(7)Increase the promotion chance,improve the cooperation with new media... |
