It's is the key to strengthen the construction of teaching staff for the running level of secondary vocational schools and the quality of personnel training.With the development of professional teacher training system in Vocational Education in China,the graded training of professional teachers has also attracted wide attention and has been continuously carried out throughout the country.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teachers' Team in the New Era in January 20,2018,which put forward the conditions to create the conditions,actively participate in training and training of vocational education teachers,and set up a sound training system for teachers.This article takes professional teachers of secondary vocational schools as the research object,which divides the professional competence of professional teachers into new teachers,core teachers and professional leader training as the breakthrough point,taking the assessment requirements and evaluation criteria of three different levels of professional teacher training as the research subject in order to guarantee the specialty of secondary vocational school.Teachers' grading training and assessment standard implementation measures are the focus of the study.The article first defines the connotation of the training and assessment standards for new teachers,core teachers and professional leaders,expounds the theoretical basis of the training and assessment standards for professional teachers,and carries out the training demand survey,training content arrangement,training problems and difficulties of new teachers,core teachers and professional leaders according to the levels.Design assessment standards and implement guarantee measures.In terms of training demand,this paper discusses the different needs of new teachers,core teachers and professional leaders in secondary vocational schools from the aspects of national policy support,the influence of school factors and the personal wishes of teachers.In the content of training,the study of professional theoretical knowledge,professional practice ability and comprehensive professionalism is discussed by stratified classification.In the assessment standard,the necessity,rationality and possibility of the assessment standards are discussed in detail.Based on the above research,the problems and difficulties of vocational school teachers' classification training are summarized,and there are secondary vocational schools teaching in the aspects of graded training.There are many problems in teachers' training mechanism.,which including not teachers are not active in training,lack of resources allocation,lack of dynamic management of training bases,lack of actual effect of training and unsound evaluation system.The five dimensions of curriculum development and design and job professionalism,eighteen areas refine the assessment standards of new teachers,core teachers and professional leaders.In the aspect of safeguard measures,the first is to improve the training of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools,pay attention to the rationalism of vocational education,change the concept of teacher training and expand.Faculty growth space,improve the level of training teachers,mining teachers' own advantages,and achieve the optimization of training programs.It's the guarantee to increase the attention and support of the state,the rational allocation of the training resources of secondary vocational teachers is the core.It is the key to promote the development of professional training for teachers in secondary vocational schools.The system of reforming the vital interests of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools is fundamental,with a view to better building the professional teachers of secondary vocational education.Provide advice and reference.
