Secondary vocational education is an important part of senior school education in China.In secondary vocational school,the work of head teachers is very important.How to correctly evaluate the work of head teachers in secondary vocational schools,that is an important link.In China now,most schools pass Head Teachers' Assessment Scheme to evaluate head teachers' achievements.There are five problems in these schemes: Lack of characteristics of Vocational Education,Lack of scientific nature,Lack of rationality,Lack of objectivity;Can't reflect the work value of the head teachers.The study adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis.The article takes the Hefei JM vocational school as an example,research on the Assessment Scheme of head teacher and put forward the optimized plan.The article is divided into five aspects.The first chapter of the paper analyzes the current situation of Secondary vocational schools and head teachers,and elaborates the Assessment Scheme of head teachers in Secondary vocational school must be improved.Besides,the first chapter also expounds the significance of the topic selection,and makes a literature review.In the second part of the paper,the core concept of this paper is defined firstly,then the historical evolution of the Assessment Scheme is introduced,and finally the theory and policy basis of the Assessment Scheme scheme for class teachers in secondary vocational schools are expounded.In the third part of the paper,from a lot of investigate papers and visit,getting some relevant conclusion,finding some problems of the Assessment Scheme of head teachers in Secondary vocational school.In the fourth part of the paper,first of all,the author puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures for the original scheme of the case school,then preliminarily improves and optimizes the Assessment Scheme scheme of the head teacher of the target school,and finally establishes a reasonable evaluation model and scheme.The last part,we finally come to the conclusion,and the possible problems are also discussed,and directions of future research.
