Research On The Relationship Among Entrepreneurial Education,entrepreneurial Intention And Entrepreneurial Competencies Of Undergraduates

In order to enhance the entrepreneurial intention of college students,the government has formulated and implemented a number of policies to promote the self-employment of college students,which has significantly enhanced the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students.But the actual rate of entrepreneurship is still very low,successful entrepreneurial stories are still very few,and university students' entrepreneurship capabilities are still very low.Based on this,on the basis of previous studies,this article will study the entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention and ability together,and build the model of the mutual influence among the three variates to explore the entrepreneurial education's influence on college students' career ability,and examine if the entrepreneurial intention has a mediating role between entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and the entrepreneurial ability of college students.On the basis of combing the former related research literature and theoretical analysis,this study constructs a model about the relations among the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,college students' entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial ability.This study uses the quantitative methods division,Collects data through the questionnaires,and uses SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the data,including reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,to explore the relationship among the three variables.The results of the analysis indicate that:(1)Entrepreneurial education has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial ability,and entrepreneurship courses and competition in entrepreneurship education have great impact on entrepreneurial ability;(2)Entrepreneurial education has a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention,and entrepreneurship competition in education and entrepreneurship consultation can enhance the entrepreneurial intention of college students better;(3)Entrepreneurial intention has a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial ability;(4)Entrepreneurial intention plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial ability.That is to say,entrepreneurial education can not only directly affect the entrepreneurial ability,but also indirectly affect the entrepreneurial ability by influencing the entrepreneurial intention.In the end,on the basis of the results of this study,the author will propose several suggestions to improve college entrepreneurship education,enhance college students' entrepreneurial intention,and improve college students' entrepreneurial ability.
