The excellent traditional culture of China is the precious spirit of the Chinese nation,which contains abundant national wisdom and cultural accumulation,among which the Confucianism has the magnificent and extensive "way of communication".As long as it is a place involved in human activities,the problem of interpersonal communication can not be ignored.In the Long River of China's historical development,Chinese people have attached great importance to interpersonal communication since ancient times,the relationship with parents,friends,teachers and students is the basic interpersonal relationship that contemporary college students must face and solve on the road to adulthood.Human beings need to survive in society,so long as they survive in society,they can not avoid the problems of dealing with various interpersonal relations.Therefore,this paper,from the perspective of the communication way of Confucianism,excavates its connotation and makes it adapt to the transformation of the new era,this paper makes a special study on how to shape the good interpersonal relationship of the contemporary college students.The main body of the paper is divided into three parts.In addition to the introduction,the first part of the thesis deals with the Confucian way of communication--The study of how the filial piety shapes the good family relations of the contemporary college students,in the second part,I expound the Confucian way of communication--The way of friendship--a study of the contemporary college students' shaping good friendship,the last part is the research on the Confucian way of communication-the way of teachers and students to mold a good teacher-student relationship for contemporary university students.
