An Intervention Study On The Case Work Of Cancer Patients' Disease Adaptation During Radiotherapy And Chemotherapy

In our country,an average of 6 people are diagnosed as malignant tumor per minute,and about 7300 people die of cancer every day.With the acceleration of population aging and the transformation of environment and lifestyle,the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors will continue to increase in the coming decades.At present our country for research in cancer patients,medical and other fields of research,social work intervention less service content is mainly negative mood,quality of life and hospice services and other aspects of the intervention,specifically for cancer patients to study diseases rarely.In this study,we interviewed patients,family members and medical staff in S Hospital of Shanxi Province,combined with their observation in the wards,and analyzed the current situation of cancer patients' adaptation.Cancer patients found personal characteristics,family atmosphere,hospital environment and social policy and other aspects will affect their adaptation to disease,and cancer patients generally face disease maladjustment problems,their influence on life and a sense of control over life happiness,the main performance for negative emotions,social activity,treatment low compliance.According to the causes of maladjustment,this article will be divided into five types: physiological maladjustment,disease cognition and maladjustment,unhealthy hospital life,maladjustment of patient's role and bad interpersonal relationship.Based on this,in this study,a cancer patient in the case,through the reduction of medical social workers from the service object,to explore the relationship of trust,recognition of disease of patients with difficulties to adapt to and set up service plan,specifically involved in the summary and evaluation of this series of process,to show how to use the medical social work case work theory and method for improving cancer patients disease adaptation.Finally,this study concluded that the case work very fruitful in solving the individual cancer patient's disease adaptation problems,able to closely focus on the manifestation and cause of disease of personalized cancer patients to improve cancer patients,to adapt to the situation,so as to enhance the life of cancer patients' sense of control and happiness.
