And on the basis of analysis of the cancer patients at the end of the main requirements:eliminate fear and close social distance, form the correct cognition of life. In the social work intervention execution phase, the author firstly establish mutual trust relationship with three director, and then to in-depth interviews of egotism, finally use social work theory and skills of egotism case work intervention. Phase at the end of the intervention of social work, the author to evaluate hospice care social work intervention results, three director with a basic social work intervention has reached the case at the beginning of the scheduled target. At the end of the whole process of intervention of social work, the author to better keep activity of intervention of social work has carried on the summary and reflection, put forward the social work at the end of the cancer patients the advantages and disadvantages of ning raising activities, and puts forward some problems to be solved.In general, and at the end of the social work intervention in cancer patients have activities to promote and improve the survival of cancer patients and their families at the end of the environment and played an important role.
