Research On The Social Capital Construction Of Family Members Of Patients With Advanced Cancer

In 2017,the annual report on cancer registration in China points out that about 10,000 people are diagnosed with cancer every day in China,and about 7 people are diagnosed with cancer every minute,and the top five cancers are mainly lung cancer and digestive system cancer.When life expectancy is 85 years,the cumulative risk of cancer is as high as36 percent.Although the patient suffered from the disease,but their families that is the main caregivers also exhausted their personal too busy to pay attention to their own physical condition,and faced with the heavy economic burden.This article is based on a tumor hospital better nursing patients with adanced cancer family life situation,with brown's theory of social capital theory,advantage and the social support theory as the basis,through participant observation and case analysis method,using the case of social work,needs assessment in patients with advanced cancer relatives,set related services for terminal cancer patients' families plan,in order to establish advanced cancer patients family members of the individual and family social capital,provides professional social work service.Private capital resources,including personal itself have the ability of communication and learning,personal development potential,positive life attitude,family social capital,including family good communication mode,the family a good ecological environment,and the correct values such as family members.
