Visible, our country has entered the aging society, the elderly population increase demand prompted the pension services increased, the social pension pressure also increased, Accordingly, I thought we could try to explore and practice a full use of the elderly services for the aged, social service activity type pension road.Social work in China is in the period of development of local exploration. The exotic properties of professional social work, social work and social workers in the industry to be recognized by the public and local Chinese is needed, and to explore a way to adapt to the development of domestic social environment. Due to low cognition of social work, social work team also encountered many obstacles and difficulties in the beginning of the community. This study attempts to elderly volunteers team as the starting point, focus on the construction of community volunteers, volunteers to help guide the social worker to carry out the diversity of community service, but also help to achieve better integration into the community social work team.This study is an application research, which is with the elderly volunteer group as the research object, put the M community service center as a research unit, take the group dynamics and the empowerment theory as the theoretical basis, using the methods of participatory action research method, literature research and field research combined. Group work presented in this study is a social worker in the early social work team stationed in the community, and to explore how professional approach to group work, to fully tap and links to community resources, guide and assistance elderly volunteers build a team of volunteers and enhance volunteer spirit of service and the quality of practice. From the theoretical sense, the group dynamic process and results of the work have important effects, The relationship between group dynamics involved in team cohesion, team climate, team members in the development of content is an important basis for measuring the effectiveness of group, Research on group dynamics should pay attention to the study of practice of social work, enhance the professional social workers practice from a theoretical point of view. From the practical sense, teamwork due to its effectiveness and convenience in population growth and community development, is an important method in the field of community social work, in the community resources, older age groups may also be used as community service providers, social workers excavate these human resources and appropriate cultivate to use, group work on applied research in elderly volunteers aged building can use the resources to serve the community for the community social workers to provide a reference value.This paper is composed of five chapters. The first part describes the background of this research, literature review and the design of research; The second part introduces the basic situation of the M community as a case study, and starting from the demand point of view, were investigated and assessed the needs of the community, volunteer service for the community service center of the elderly volunteers volunteer needs and their own needs, it explains the necessity and feasibility of the elderly volunteers group; The third part presents the whole process of group work, and was evaluated according to the process and results of the group dynamics theory and the empowerment theory of group work; The fourth part from the perspective of the problem, analyzes the problems in group work, and the work of the external structure from the group, the ability to work and group work design team of workers put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions; The fifth parts concludes and points out that the use of group work in elderly volunteers volunteer spirit cultivation of group operation and development, think that the volunteer spirit cultivation of elderly volunteer team has practice value.Through the analysis and evaluation of the elderly volunteers volunteer spirit cultivation of the team, I think that volunteer spirit cultivation of elderly volunteers group achieved the goal of the team, fully stimulate the team cohesion, team members to enhance the volunteer spirit is realized, and build a volunteer service consciousness and ability of the elderly volunteers.
