Universities of applied technology are an important part of higher vocational education in our country,both the nature of higher education,and have the nature of vocational education,and train high quality applied,the main force of skilled personnel training,the quality of talent cultivation is not only affect the quality of higher education in China has increased,but also directly affect the speed of economic development in our country.Economic construction relies on talents,talent cultivation relies on education,and the quality of talent cultivation lies in the quality of teachers,therefore,in order to ensure the teaching quality of the university of applied technology and improve the educational level and quality of talent cultivation of the university of applied technology,need to build a high level teaching staff comply with the requirement of times development.Of this study was to investigate the application technology of Tianjin Sino-German University teaching staff construction situation,analyze the existing problems and achievements,and on the basis of the application technology of university teaching staff construction countermeasures are put forward.The main content is divided into the following fifth parts.The first part elaborated the research background of this study,the research significance,summarized the relevant research on the teaching staff of applied technology university at home and abroad,and summarized the experience of the construction of teaching staff in European universities such as Germany,Britain and Finland.And elaborated the university of applied technology,defining the concepts of the teachers troop construction,expounds the research content and research framework,research methods,research emphasis and innovation points.The second part analyzes the construction requirements of the faculty in China's applied technology university from the aspects of quantity and structure and knowledge and capability.The third part investigates the present situation of the construction of faculty in Tianjin Sino-German University of applied technology.Analysis of the overall number of school teachers,general structure,management,scientific research situation of the knowledge and ability structure status and teachers and the attitude of school teachers'.The fourth part,the author summarizes the experience and exists the problems of the construction of teachers troop construction achievements in Tianjin Sino-German University of applied technology and analyzes the causes of the appeal.The fifth part,from the government,higher education system,industry or business,university of technology and application technical countermeasures were put forward according to five aspects of university teachers,application technology in order to improve the quality of university teaching staff.The sixth part,conclusion and prospect.
