Preschool education as an important part of basic education,has a great impact on one's life.As a key factor of affecting the quality of preschool education,the interaction between teachers and children has been widely concerned by researchers in recent years.Teachers' response to children's help-seeking behaviors is one of the types of teacher-child interaction.The development of children's cognition,sociality,emotion and language are influenced by teachers' response.And teachers' professional development needs the improvement of teachers' response.At the same time,improving the quality of preschool education needs to improve teachers' response to the problems.As one of the scenes in which teachers respond to children's help-seeking behaviors,life activities are the important part of kindergarten activities,it occupies most of the life time.After 6 weeks of formal observation in two provincial model kindergartens in Harbin,a total of 183 incidents about the response to children's help-seeking behaviors were collected.It showed that there were 68 cases in small class,65 cases in middle class and 50 cases in large class.The author takes 6 teachers and all children in their classes,they are respectively from small,medium and large class as the research objects,and collects the data of the research by using the observation method and the interview method,finds out the problems that the teachers' responds to children's help-seeking behaviors,then analyzes the causes of the existing problems of teachers' response.Combined with the causes,it intends to find out the countermeasures of how to solve the problems in teachers' response.First of all,after analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper combed the backgrounds,methods,contents,functions,affecting factors and educational suggestions of children's help-seeking behaviors,in order to achieve overall grasp to the basic situation of children's help-seeking behaviors.At the same time,it combed the the styles and types,functions,affecting factors and strategies of teachers' response,in order to understand the current research direction on teachers' response.Secondly,we find the problems of teachers' response to children's help-seekingbehaviors: teachers' attitude to response is not positive enough;teachers use less comprehensive response methods;the strategies of appropriate response are not too much;Ignoring of the child's psychological feeling,the child's satisfaction is low.Analyzing the causes of the problems in teachers' response,the subjective factors of teachers include: the educational concept,educational experiences,professional ability,emotional state of teachers;The external objective aspects of teachers include:the scene of teacher-child interaction,teacher-child ratio.Based on the problems and causes of teachers' response,teachers should do these following: understand and respect children's help-seeking behaviors,use positive attitude to respomse children;organize special training,improve the ability communicating with children;hold teaching and research,rich the response strategies;focus on the situation and control teacher-child ratio,pay attention to children's feelings.
