The primary education stage is the foundation of the whole education stage,which is highly valued by the state.The primary school education is different from other education stage,has its own characteristic,the attention should be the student's physical and mental development,but not blindly seeks the knowledge enhancement.Therefore,the cultivation of primary school teachers should pay attention to the comprehensive discipline and education teaching skills and ideas.However,the training of primary school teachers in China is lack of pertinence,even some colleges and universities will be primary school teachers in accordance with the pattern of middle school teachers to train,and in the process of training there are many problems.Finland's basic education is world-renowned,and quality basic education is inseparable from the excellent teaching staff.Due to the good performance of Finland in the Pisa test in recent years,teacher education in Finland has attracted much attention,and Finnish primary school teachers are different from those of middle school teachers,and the primary teachers are the general teachers,the middle schools are the subject type teachers,and the successful training methods have been proved by practice.Therefore,we should draw lessons from it.This article mainly uses the literature method and the comparative method to introduce and comb the seven aspects of the training goal,training organization,training mode,enrollment system,curriculum setting,degree grant and teacher qualification,supervision and management of primary school teacher education in Finland and China.Taking the University of Helsinki in Finland as an example of the College of Education and the elementary school of Capital Normal University,this paper introduces the training objectives,enrollment system,curriculum,teaching practice and graduates and employment of the two colleges in the course of training primary school teachers,and finally makes a comparison between them,and obtains the characteristics and advantages of primary school teachers ' education in Finland.Generally speaking,the Finnish primary school teacher education is majoring in pedagogy,the study of various research methods laid a foundation for the training of primary school teachers,then through the teaching practice will combine the theory and practice,cultivate the research thinking and research ability of primary school teachers.The study of Finnish Primary school teachers ' education provides some references for the deficiencies of primary school teachers ' education in our country,for example,the cooperation of all parties,the training of research-oriented teachers and not just teaching,but also to improve the quality of students,reasonable arrangement of courses and teaching practice.In the process of reference,we should combine the actual situation of our country to create a primary school teacher education with Chinese characteristics.
