The primary education stage is an important foundation for the whole education stage,and the state has also attached great importance to it.High-quality primary education cannot be separated from high-quality primary school teachers,and it is especially important for the pre-service training of primary school teachers.In 2014,the Ministry of Education officially promulgated the "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Implementation of the Excellent Teachers Training Plan",proposing that the most fundamental and urgent task in the development of teacher education in our country is to train excellent teachers.."Teacher education curriculum is a core content of the reform.We need to analyze the connotation of teacher education curriculum,grasp the essence of curriculum reform,and then carry out an overall connection and design for undergraduate and master teacher education curriculum.Finland's basic education is well-known in the world,and its unique "research-oriented" teacher education curriculum is the key to many scholars' attention.Therefore,the research on Finland's primary school teacher education curriculum can provide new ideas and reference for the reform of China's teacher education curriculum.This research is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction.This article expounds the problem selection,purpose and significance of this research.At the same time,it summarizes and analyzes the related literature research on the Finnish elementary school teacher education curriculum system at home and abroad.The core concepts of "pre-service teacher education" and "curricular system" "And defined the ideas and methods of this study.The second part is the history of the development of primary school teacher education in Finland.This part is mainly the three parts of the development of Finnish elementary school teacher education and its curriculum,and the changes in the mode and content of elementary school teacher training.It mainly introduces the two points of time in the comprehensive school reform and the Bologna process.The training model is combined with the teacher education development plan promulgated by Finland for analysis.The third part introduces the curriculum system of pre-primary elementary school teacher education in Finland.It mainly analyzes the design concept of the pre-primary elementary school teacher education curriculum,the objectives of the curriculum,and its structure and content curriculum.This part combines the primary school teacher education curriculum of the University of Helsinki,and presents Finland through charts and data The curriculum system of elementary teacher education is specifically introduced.The fourth part is the characteristics of the curriculum setting for elementary school teacher education in Finland.In the study of the curriculum of the University of Helsinki,combined with the general background,it is mainly summarized in four aspects: the research nature of the curriculum concept,the practicality of the curriculum goals,and the overall content And contextuality of course implementation.The fifth part is the enlightenment of pre-service teacher education in Finnish primary schools to our country's primary teacher education.This section takes the elementary school teacher education curriculum of Capital Normal University of China as an example,introduces and analyzes the current curriculum goals and content status of elementary school teacher education in China,and combines the Finnish teacher education curriculum setting system to study the following enlightenment: improve the research ability of graduate students Scientifically planned a reasonable curriculum system,and perfected the progressive curriculum content.
