With higher education entering the stage of popularization and the diversified development of social ideology and culture,the composition of college students is becoming more and more complex and the quality situation is diversified.The management of college student affairs is facing new challenges.Helping college students deal with issues such as study,life,psychology,and employment is a new requirement for college counselors.The state has issued a series of related policies to focus on advancing the professional development of college counselors and continuously strengthening the emphasis on the construction of college counselors.Specialization has become the most important task for college counselors.As an interactive and communicative learning organization platform,learning community provides an environment for college counselors to cooperate in learning,and is one of the important ways for the professionalization of college counselors.According to the theoretical basis of the learning community,the basic elements of the master studio include five aspects: the shared vision,supporting conditions,internal member structure,cooperative culture,and reflective and practical learning methods.Through the analysis of the development of college counselors' learning communities in the provinces of China,it was found that the master studio has the characteristics of perfect construction,rich results,and ideal success.Zhang Dan Studio in Guangdong Province and Li Hongxing Studio in Shandong Province were selected as the special features.Comparing and analyzing theri cases,establishment,management system,assessment mechanism,operational effectiveness and other aspects,it was found that there is lack of time for collective learning and communication,lack of incentive systems,individual development awareness of the weak and other issues.In view of the construction situation and existing problems of the master studio,this study proposes suggestions on the construction of the learning community from two perspectives.From the perspective of the learning community,the organization learning mechanism is built to better strengthen the professional growth and development of individuals and teams.From the perspective of society and universities,it is necessary to provide a strong supportive condition for the construction of the learning community and to promote the professional development of the counselor team.
