With the increasing number of Tibetan students in the Mainland,the psychological problems of students in mainland Tibet classes are also increasingly prominent.A sense of stranger to the new environment,away from home to produce a strong homesickness,peer relationships and the relationship between teachers and students are not suited to communication and low self-evaluation,will cause the preparatory class new students lack a sense of belonging to the school,thus affecting their normal life and learning,is not conducive to their healthy growth.Based on this background,the author uses the method of social class to carry out practical intervention on the sense of belonging of the students in the mainland Tibet class.The author chooses the students of Wuhan Tibetan Middle School preparatory class *as the service object.Based on the demand analysis of the service object,it is determined that the service goal is to enhance the sense of belonging of the students in the preparatory class.Under the guidance of group dynamics theory,the author has carried out various services from the four dimensions of peer relationship,teacher-student relationship,cultural care and self-concept,to guide students to interact and support each other,so as to realize the goal of service.According to the service object,the author will enhance the preparatory class * school belonging to social class promote peer relationships,improving the relationship between teachers and students,to give cultural concern and establish positive Self-Concept of four stages,and carried out 14 social class service activities.Finally,on the basis of summarizing and discussing the effect of the service,the author draws the conclusion: first,the school social work has its unique advantages to improve the school belonging of the students.The social worker with third party intervention force to ensure the objectivity of service;social work rich professional theory and operational practice intervention methods to ensure the validity of the service.Second,the theory of group dynamics is a kind of theory that emphasizes the influence of individuals through the inner dynamics of the group,and plays an active role in promoting the matriculation of the school students.Under the guidance of the theory of group dynamics,the author guides the interaction,sharing and support between peers and teachers,forms a good group atmosphere,causes the group's strong emotional resonance and realizes the common goal,so as to achieve the promotion of individual school The effect of belonging.Third,the social class save the maximum time,energy,improve service efficiency,to help students of preparatory class * to solve the life and learning problems and stimulate personal potential,effectively promote the realization of service objectives.In the same time,the author finds that the research is still not perfect enough in the study,and the intervention angle is limited to the service object itself,the single practice method is single,the continuity of the service effect can not be guaranteed and so on.
