With the rapid development of China's population aging, the problem of rural aging has become increasingly prominent, rural family pension problems accompanied by.Based on this, the state in the pension policy continue to make adjustments, rural social pension career to vigorously develop. The sixth national census data show that the rural population widowed population reached 29.03 million, accounting for the proportion of the elderly population widowed 61.15%,this data is still increasing.Old age and widowed, the weakening of the family pension function and the rise of the social pension mode,to the rural elderly widowed old life has brought important influence.Study on the intervention of social work to enhance institutional sense of belonging of the widowed elderly in rural areas has great significance to raise people's concern of life in the rural nursing home,to promote the development of rural old-age undertakings. It is also of great significance to explore the social work of rural elderly. The article presents the characteristics of a comprehensive research method. On the one hand,in the process of practice, collecting data through questionnaires and interviews to analyze needs. Results on the basis of the demand analysis to carry out the practice of group work;On the other hand,in this paper,we use the theory of life review and take the group work as the starting point to explain and analyze the intervention process of group work in the promotion of institutional sense of belonging of the widowed elderly in rural areas.Through the analysis, this paper points out three problems in nursing homes about institutional sense of belonging of the widowed elderly: passive social interaction resulting to the lack of motive power in obtaining institutional sense of belonging;negative subjective consciousness in the sense of belonging formed resistance;environmental inadequacies lead to the elderly on the nursing home of a poor sense of belonging.Through the group work intervention,it can effectively improve the communication status of widowed elderly, significantly improve the initiative of the widowed elderly people to participate in collective activities, and form active understanding of old age life, thus promoting the widowed elderly's sense of belonging to improve and enhance. Thus, the study draws the following conclusions: Rural high-level pension service construction urgently requires professional services;Psychology and social work practice can be combined to achieve some practical effect;Social work skills need to be flexible when used in the local environment. At the same time, the practical process of the group involved in the work also reflects the five questions: First, the role of social workers is relatively vague, professional services, lack of independence;Second, social workers have little ability to intervene in practical service;Third, rural nursing homes in the elderly awareness of social work is not high;Fourth, the administrative problems of professional social pension agencies are serious;Fifth, the social work principles and ethics in the specific application of the situation dilemma. The above problems,to a certain extent, the development of practical work, the completion of the service objectives have affected. In addition,it can be seen that there are obvious shortcomings in the study based on the practical work of the X village nursing home: the group involvement is short-term,and the effect of the intervention is required to be followed by a richer study,or basing a richer practical experience to have a comparative study.Furthermore, the judgment of the problem of belonging to the elderly is also measured by the professional sense of belonging,so as to realize the comprehensive and systematic analysis and grasp of the research problem.
