Research On The Problem Of Senior Social Work Intervenning The Aged-care Of Empty Nester

Since the beginning of twenty-first Century, there are more and more elderly peoplein our country. With the increase in the elderly population,the aging problem is becomingmore and more outstanding.To find a suitable place for live a retired life in suitable waybecome a widespread social concern for the elderly.Compared with other countries, ourcountry population aging Problem comes with the low produetive forces level ofdevelopment, namely "aging arrives before the rich comes". In the impact on thetraditional model of family pension,and endowment institutions can not satisfy the needsof the elderly, the pension problem increasingly prominent.Under the complexbackground of fal1ing function of family aged-care, pension institutions’ increasingspeed far behind the increasing of the elderly, Community Home-Care shall be the bestchoice during the social transition period. Reviewing from the aspects of,pension form,cultural values, social participation, benefit groups, service content and so on Age-Care atHome is easy to accept by the elderly. The aged-care at home own both home aged-careand society aged-care’s advantage, will become the main mode of our country citypension.This study takes Chaowai Subdistricts of Beijing buying service for the old of BeingHuixin social work office-"Social worker intervene home aged-care of empty nester of6620project"(the "6620project") as an example. The author tries to analyze problemsrelated to social worker intervene Home-Care of Empty Nester in Chaowai Subdistrictsfrom senior social work and the strengths perspective and empowerment theory. Throughthe questionnaire survey procedure and the literature data colleetion, adopt the way ofquota and the qualitative investigation needs in Home-Care of Empty Nesterstatus ofChaowai Subdistricts, then according to the conclusion of the study to design "6620project" social work plan.Finally, through implementing of the "6620project",to exploreissue of the government purchase NGO’s services in Home-Care of Empty Nester.Finally,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in NGO’s community carrying outgovernment purchasing NGO’s services to intervene Home-Care of Empty Nester.The paper includes: Pension Problems in China, three Models of Endowment,Government Purchase,6620project, Case Work, Group Work, Conclusions andCountermeasures.
