Study On The Impact Of The Tianjin Vocational College Students' Vocational Maturity On Employment Competitiveness

At present,when higher education is becoming more and more popular vocational education and higher education gwoth together,and higher vocational college students have become one of the focus groups of the society.They will play an inestimable role in the process of promoting national economic development and vocational maturity is one of the important factors that affect their individual growth and development.Therefore,in terms of vocational maturity,higher vocational students of many conditions become many firet-line researchers focus on objects.At present,the subject of research on vocational maturity in China has gradually increased but there is little research on the relationship between vocational maturity and employment competitiveness.Higher vocational students' vocational maturity status will directly affect the employment status of higher vocational students.It is of practical significance to explore the measures to improve the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students from the perspective of vocational maturity.In this research 500 students randomly selected and distribute to five vocational colleges in Haihe Education Park of Tianjin.Based on the perspective of vocational maturity the survey questionnaires is to build the characteristics of vocational maturity and employment competitiveness of vocational students in Tianjin.The theoretical model framework of the impact of vocational maturity of vocational college students on employment competitiveness is based on empirical research results to analyze the impact of vocational maturity on vocational competitiveness.In this study,Zhang Zhiyong's “Chinese University Student Vocational Maturity Scale” was revised to issue survey questionnaires and 420 valid questionnaires were collected.The status of vocational maturity and employment competitiveness of vocational students in Tianjin was measured using the SPSS version21 software.The comparison of gender,age,student who came from different place,different kind of part-time experience,different community experience,family relationship and different various dimensions scales,and further explored the relationship between vocational maturity and employment competitiveness of vocational college students.A model of the effect of vocational maturity on the employment competitiveness of vocational college students was tested and the effects of vocational maturity factores on the various factors of employment competitiveness were tested.The research result show that: 1.Vocational students who have high vocational maturity have higher employment competitiveness.2.The family atmosphere more harmonious,the higher vocational students' vocational maturity and employment competitiveness are higher;3.Vocational students with higher vocational goals have higher employment competitiveness;4.Higher vocational students with higher self-recognition level Employment competitiveness is higher;5.Vocational students with higher professional skills have higher employment competitiveness;6.Vocational students with higher professional autonomy have higher employment competitiveness.According to the data analysis the last chapter of this research puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the individual level,family level,school level and social level,and provides recommondation for improving the employment competitiveness and employment quality of higher vocational students in Tianjin.
