Research On The Design Of Online Open Course Resources Based On OBE Concept

In the era of the “Internet Plus”,education informatization has become an inevitable trend in the development of education,and the issue of related policies has laid the foundation for the steady development of education informatization.As an important part of vocational education,the higher vocational education,the education reform and the construction of curriculum resources have become the internal needs with the smooth and healthy development of the times.The further development of science and technology provides technical support for the in-depth integration of the Internet and education.The development of science and technology promotes people to learn across time and space,and online open courses are also produced.With the in-depth research of online open courses,we know that curriculum resources are the core of the curriculum.There are many problems in the existing online open courses,especially the online open curriculum resources supported by higher vocational education.A wide variety but not high quality,disorderly and discrete structures,the most important is the lack of effective system integrity.This study is based on the many deficiencies in online open curriculum resources.With the successful experience of the OBE concept in engineering education,the education objective theory,ability-based education,mastery learning theory,and knowledge sharing theory are the important supports.The research process used literature research methods,survey research methods,design-based research methods,and many other research methods.Based on the comprehensive analysis of higher vocational education,the online open course resource structure model is designed,and the content of Visual Basic Programming is selected as case for design and Implementation.The curriculum resources cover the course basic information,self-study resources,activity resources,evaluation Resources.To use the case of curriculum resources into teaching practice,through the form of questionnaire survey to obtain feedback on the effectiveness of curriculum resources construction.The results of the data analysis show that most learners are satisfied with the online open curriculum resources designed by the Institute and provide experience for the construction of resources for other courses.The main purpose of this research is to use higher vocational education as an example to explore the design of an open online curriculum resource system that meets the needs of students under the guidance of the OBE concept,and to try to contribute to online open curriculum construction.
