With the popularization of computer network technology,and the rapid development of e-commerce,various e-commerce platforms are full of our life.The e-commerce profession is hot in higher education and vocational education,meanwhile,more and more students choose to learn e-commerce knowledge.As a compulsory course of finance and economics major,e-commerce includes management,computer technology and other knowledge,which is a combination of theory and practice.But the growing demand for e-commerce talent is in stark contrast to the low level of e-commerce employment.According to our ascertainment,the traditional teaching mode has many drawbacks,which makes teachers and students painful,therefore the result is that the employment rate is low.One of the reasons for this status quo is that the traditional teaching model is no longer suitable for the needs of talents in contemporary society and enterprises.Pay attention to the teaching of knowledge in the course setting,ignoring the cultivation of technical skills;in teaching,stress the leading role of teachers,using indoctrination teaching methods,ignoring the cultivation of student’s initiative;in the cultivation of ability,blindly teach a single skill,ignoring the cultivation of students’ comprehensive abilities,so that students’ skills can be mastered in a single way without any flexibility.Therefore,it is difficult to cultivate technical talents with high professional skills and high overall quality that can meet the requirements of enterprises and adapt to changes in society.Aiming at the dilemmas of current e-commerce teaching pattern and backwardness of traditional teaching methods in secondary vocational colleges,and aiming at talents training for contemporary quality education,This paper combines layered teaching methods with action-oriented project teaching methods in secondary vocational education.The project stratification teaching method starts with investigating the students’ knowledge background and ability to stratify the students,and the teacher creatively integrates and designs the teaching contents,and designs appropriate projects for the students.Students select and group according to their own needs and interests,collect information,make plans,make decision plans,implement plans,and display and evaluate results.Teachers act as inspirations and guides throughout the process.Project teaching combined with the advantages of two kinds of teaching methods,according to students’ different levels,theoretical knowledge and practical technology of derailment,strive to cultivate the students’ autonomous learning ability,employment competitiveness,team work spirit.The project layered teaching method has a solid theoretical support.It takes the principles of constructivism and teaching students according to their aptitude as the main educational ideas,respects individual differences among students,cultivates students’ innovative ability and practical spirit,and improves students’ overall quality and employment competitiveness.This paper analyzes the current teaching dilemma,gives the design idea and implementation process of the project stratified teaching method,and makes a detailed analysis of its use dilemma and guarantee.The aim is to find more suitable teaching methods and promote the development of e-business teaching through teaching reform.
