Today, the global information wave is advancing rapidly, E-commerce, as a new business, as a faster and more accurate transaction, have been launched in the worldwide. Bringing E-commerce into campus and constructing E-commerce system have become the cognizance of every college. It is convenience for many teachers and students, also brings tremendous economic benefits and management superiority to college.Based on the campus e-commerce's concept, type and feature, the thesis firstly analyses the current research situation at home and board, level and problems existed in it. Through systematic and comparative analysis with normal E-commerce, the thesis points out the particularity of the campus e-commerce. Then, through the analyses the current development situation of the campus e-commerce, the thesis points out the problems of the e-commerce development in the existing circumstance. Thirdly , the paper analyses the influence factors of the e-commerce development, gives out some countermeasure advices .
