Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Creative And Entrepreneurial Education For Normal Students

Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation has become the main theme of the current era.As a high-quality talent resource,college students have great entrepreneurial advantages and have high hopes in the trend of innovation and entrepreneurship.In recent years,the employment situation of normal school students is not optimistic,and it is of great practical significance to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education for normal school students.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey of normal students of H Normal University.This paper investigates the normal students of H Normal University.Through questionnaire surveys and individual interviews,it was found that the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of normal college students are mainly manifested in the following aspects: The government and enterprises failed to fully play an active role in innovation and entrepreneurship education;Colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to the innovation and entrepreneurship of normal school students,teaching mode is backward,teachers fail to provide students with timely and accurate guidance,and lack of venture capital;Parents' attitudes towards normal university students' innovation and entrepreneurship are unclear.They once affected the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities;normal school students have certain entrepreneurial intentions but are less likely to act,and entrepreneurship needs to be enhanced.This article analyzes the causes of the above problems from four aspects: society,family,colleges and individuals.From the aspect of social,the main reason is that the participation of the government is not enough and the enterprise participation is insufficient;from the aspect of universities,the main reason is that the university is not aware of the importance of the students' innovation and entrepreneurship,the teacher's structure is not reasonable,and the resource support is insufficient;From the family aspect,the main reason is that the parents are more conservative,and they don't know clearly about the idea of innovation and entrepreneurship;for students,the main reasonis that normal school students themselves are affected by the traditional concept of job hunting,they are less likely to try risky entrepreneurial activities,and their subjective initiative is poor.Based on the above studies,this paper recommends: to improve normal school students' level of innovation and entrepreneurship education: For the society,the media should increase innovation and entrepreneurial propaganda,and actively guide university students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship.The government must introduce policies to safeguard all aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and enterprises must increase their participation;For colleges and universities,they should attach great importance to the entrepreneurship of normal students,make clear the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship,perfect the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and create a culture atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship;For family,parents should update their concepts,correctly understand the significance of innovation and entrepreneurship,and provide support for children as much as possible.For students themselves,normal students should try to change the traditional concept of employment,set up a correct view of career selection,change the traditional view of study,set up the consciousness of lifelong learning,change the concept of lifelong career,set up a modern concept of entrepreneurship,and actively participate in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship.
