Research On College Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education Under The NewNormal

As Chinese economic development “turns from high speed to medium and high speed and from factor-driving & investment-driving to innovation-driving”,Chinese economy ushers in “new normal”.To adapt to new normal of economic development and guarantee the construction of a moderately prosperous society,the State Council proposed a catchword of “public entrepreneurship and innovation”.In this context,colleges are main “battle fields” of “public entrepreneurship and innovation” and cradles of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Therefore,college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education is a necessary approach to expand college students' employment channels and contribute to high-quality employment of college students,an important way for colleges to actively adapt to new normal of economic society and cultivate all-round developed talents,and an improvement measure to meet the national demands for innovation talents and promote the construction of an innovation-based country.In this thesis,based on analyses of new normal of economic society,domestic and foreign research findings and literature review,questionnaire survey method and interview method are adopted to investigate and analyze the current situations of innovation and entrepreneurship education for students in three colleges in Jinzhou.In view of the author's personal working experience in Admission and Employment Department,the author points out problems existing in college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education,such as incomplete education contents,insufficient forms and dissatisfactory effects.Then through in-depth analysis,it is found that reasons for above problems include inadequate governmental guidance,poor management of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education,teachers' lack of overall entrepreneurial quality and insufficient social support to and participation in college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education.Lastly,specific suggestions are proposed from four aspects: enhancing governmental guidance,strengthening college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education,improving teacher's team for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education and encouraging social support to and participation in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
